I wanted to buy a saree for my mother. Something she could wear for her casual visits to friends and neighbors. This printed saree seemed befitting her requirement, we both liked the design and agreed to order. Delivery and packaging and cash on delivery payment made my buying experience even more seamless. I ordered a $100 outfit from them and paid extra for specific stitching instructions. Not only were those instructions not followed after I emailed and WhatsApp-ed them the requirements repeatedly, but the lining under the dress was not reflective of the dress(straight lining on an A line dress) the material of the dress was so cheap and it didn't t look or have the elegance like the dress in the picture. When I reached out to the customer service for returning the product, they kept asking me for pictures and proof of the issues and more details and in the end offered me 10% money back only in mirraw credit. So if you don't want to order from a site that doesn't honor or do returns, or whose quality and products look nothing like the pictures online, then stay far away from wasting your money on this site
Horrible company! And the staff are idiots and don't understand what you are asking them. I have 26 messages stating to refund my order which was returned to them 2 weeks ago. They don't have it. I am going to continue to fight with them until I get my $70 whether that means filing a police report for fraud.
These bracelets are really pretty, however there were some dents on it and also be careful of the size. I ordered 2.6, nowhere does it say kids size, so I assumed it would be my size. Brought them for myself, ended up fitting my 6 year olds hand. So I'm assuming these are kids bracelet and not an adults.
I had bought an outfit for $60 and then had to pay added customs of $30, the outfit is a cheap knock off of the the picture they had advertised, it was poor quality, not even worth anything, they advertise items and send cheap quality crap that you won't even want to wear, I am extremely disappointed with the item and urge people not to buy from them as they will suffer the same faith as I did.
Please Don't trust this MIRRAW.com website. It's been one month. I m calling them each and every day. They don't give proper response. Each and every customer rep ask for 24 to 48 hrs. They are proper cheaters.
Still they don't dispatch the products or refund the money back.
Worst company.
The delivery boy does not have even 100 rupee note. We have to give exact change which is my biggest grievance. Out of 500 they should have Rs 50 change.
Also, the necklace should mention the length
Whether fitting the neck or longer.
Else your collection is good compared to others.
Extremely professional sales staff and management. Follow up was excellent and I could track my consignment which gave me the confidence that the company will deliver the product that I have ordered online.

Service was amazing and it was very easy to take your own measurements as there are pictures to show you how to measure and great instructions. Mirraw team were very prompt with emails and even contacted me via phone to help the process run smoothly.

I ordered 4 suits and they only sent 3 and the stitching was so bad that 4 of me could fit in that and it will rip if you wear it ones. Threads falling from everywhere. They don't know how to stitch at all. I would recommend people to go to the stores, pay a bit more and buy whatever you see in from of you. Never buy any clothes from mirraw.
Its look exactly same what on picture. Good finishing. I am medium size, but order Large and it fit perfect. Its say International delivery 12 to 15 days, I got my order in 9 days, very good service. I would not be hesitate to order again from MIRRAW.
The service at Mirraw is beyond despicable! I gave them my measurements & they made my suit at least 3 extra inches too big! I've been chasing them for over 3 months & still I get their pathetic excuses.
They even had the audacity to closed my query - unresolved!
They need to learn about good customer service & learn how to stitch garments properly!

Cheap fabrics, mutiple delays, horrible replying to emails, just out right disgusting. This is why I try not to buy online, because of ripe offs. Give Indians bad name and reputation. They are all about taking the money and delivery $#*! merchandise. And forget about a refund, your will never see a dime returned.
So sad that customers aren't made aware that things bought on mirraw.com are returned at customers cost, even for changing sizes... and when you wish to use Mirraw wallet before expiry date then only 20 percent can be used. Also unhelpful customer service. Too much instructions to follow until you decide its better to buy from amazon then Mirraw. What a waste of time! Beware,, nightmare dealing with their customer service. Wasted my mirraw wallet money therefore don't be fooled buy their new customer binding promotions and stupid email links which doesn't even work most of the times and they insist to use other devices if it doesn't work on their websites. What a joke. They don't care abt customers,, but need good reviews after service.so stressful shopping experience.
Little Care was needed with this product. Stitched in haste. Later request to correct the measurements wasn't taken into account. Stitching team admitted their mistake. That gives me ample reason to continue to be a customer of Mirraw.
Mirraw is a big fraud company! Never delivered my stuffs. Only paid me partial refund. Still waiting for over 100 dollars refund. Plz dont waste your time looking at their website. They created that web to take peoples money. It should shut down
Quality of fabric as well as the tailoring are excellent. When speaking with cistomer services each person gave excellent customer service. I will definitely order again have recommended to family and friends.

Answer: Yes they are fraud, I placed and order and just days of receiving the order I get an email that some part of my order is not available but the website still shows available and it can still reach the destination by the date I requested and my order has not even been shipped. The customer service agent was the rudest customer service representative and should not be in this job. She in fact went on to write that I only respond if I have any queries about any other products of this order or else my email will not be entertained.
