DO NOT BUY! I've had the worst customer service experience in my life. I placed an order in 2019 which they never shipped on time. After chasing them for a refund, a year later they shipped my order. The quality was so poor and cheap, I returned the order (remind you this was A YEAR LATER). Till date I'm waiting for the refund that I placed on Sep 17,2019 - screenshot from my PayPal account is attached. For more than a year, their customer service has said that they are looking into this matter and escalating the issue. They are a scam. Please stay away!
The photo does not do this outfit justice. It is a beautiful piece and I highly recommend for people to purchase as semi stitched so that the top can be sewed accordingly to your size. I absolutely love this and it came with a doll bag too!
In short I just say that it is a scam and money making company by deceiving and stealing honest clients with false product shown in their site.
The quality you see in their site will never reach you as cheap product are sent instead.be warned stay away
I purchased an outfit from Mirraw which i was excited to receive. It was advertised as free delivery on the website and then a month later i received a duty payment (£20) which i was asked to pay in order to get my parcel. I contacted Mirraw and was told this is nothing to do with them. I requested they be transparent re this cost as i didn't see that when booked. But i heard nothing back.
Not happy about this. Will never order from them again.
This is a horrible company. They sent damaged clothes and took payment and now won't give a refund. Their customer service agents lie and say someone will get back to you but no one does. The quality of their products is horrible and their service is very bad. I would not recommend anyone buy from them
I ordered 4 sarees. Received the package on time as was mentioned in the order. Blouses stitching is good perfect fitting. Sarees Look exactly as mentioned in the picture. I had an issue with my blouse stitching and the staff were able to answer all my queries efficiently. Great customer service. Prices are affordable. Thank you.
You get what you pay for. I received 7 items. One did not look like the picture. You can see the pictures. I wish more people would take pictures so that we can see what a real person looks like in the clothing. Two of the items are short and not because I gave the wrong measurement's. I would say add inches to your bust measurement's and add length. Because these clothes will fit like a glove and make it hard for you to move. I will order again now that I know the proper way to get clothing that fits
I love this brand! The quality is great and their clothes look amazing. I have several dresses from Mirraw that I wear all the time. They have a great selection of colors and styles, which makes it easy to find something you like.

I provided incorrect length for the pant and adamant that pants be stitched as per the measurements provided. But stitching team was persistent, patient and respectful in pointing out my error instead of proceeding with incorrect measurements. The end product is really great!
Mirraw team are great if you have any questions! They respond quick and update aswell. In regards to the Saree I think there should maybe be a section to tick in regards to height maybe. I forgot to mention I am a tall lady and wanted the draping fabric longer but it is no biggie, means I can indeed dance at the party! The fabric doesn't look like the picture but I am still happy with purchase and they do state this.

I had really bad experience last time I ordered, so I took a break from ordering and this time, when I placed the order, per website the expected date of delivery was October 16 th, but I received an e mail stating my items will be delivered on 26 th of October. I voiced my concerns through e mail and they took an extra step to deliver my items before the expected delivery date. Thank you very much. Quality always have been excellent.
I recently bought a saree from mirraw for A$ 54. They shipped the quite promptly. However, the saree was of extremely poor quality and not silk as they advertised. The saree that was sent is no way near the product picture on their website. After much follow up, they returned A$30. This is the first time I ordered from Mirraw and this will be the last time. Please spread the news and warn other potential customers.
First their estimated shipping dates are completely wrong. I ordered 2 sarees weeks ago, and one still hasn't shipped yet. The one that did arrive is completely off the size that I ordered. The worst is their customer service though, their customer care number do now respond to the messages in timely manner and sometimes even ignores your messages. Never ever ordering from them again.

I ordered bunch of sarees from them, some were nice, but some did not even look like what they have advertised.
They are not 100% honest with their dealings, very bad in refunding for the items they done have or out of stock.
Will never order from them again.
Dont ever plan an event or a special occasion trusting on the delivery of the product from these people

To some extend a little disappointed with the colour (quite different from what was viewed in the internet; pink) but I am still ok with it.
Most disappointing is the blouse piece; none of the tailors are able to stitch my blouse. The cut blouse be is about half a metre and in normal case its about 1 metre. So I am not able to stitch and left to buy a new piece of material to stitch my blouse.
Four of my tailors informed me that I am not the only person they have seen experience this situation. Almost all their customers (those who stitch with them) have the problem.
In sourcing blouse pieces, I have now come to learn many tailors here have sarees in stock similar to what you have.
So maybe in the future, I may move to buy from them for conveniences and money worth for my product.

If I could I would have put 0 stars. This is the third time I've placed an order and this is the third time it's gone wrong. And each time, my package is either lost or delivered 6 months late. The worst part of all this is Mirraw's after-sales service: unable to give me precise information, and put me on hold each time they are overwhelmed by events. Really very disappointed
Ordered a sari in May, 2 days later they said delivery would be delayed, a day after this they said my item was 'defected' so i requested a refund, it is now the end of June and I am still waiting. Customer service is appalling! AVOID!
The bars on the earrings are very thick and I can not pass through my ear piercing, further more the connection to the decorative part is mobile and feels like it will snap off. The other earrings purchased where fine no issues

I ordered 4 items- Salwar Kameez from your website. Just wanted to tell you that it is a real DECEPTION. The items you have shipped are completely different from the pictures in your website.
The quality of the material is really poor. Your items are just cheap quality duplication of original brands. I will definitely see to it that I spread this word to maximum number of people to discourage them from buying from Mirraw.com.
I sincerely think your company should be ashamed to fool customers around the world with your fake products. The products you've sent cannot be used and for me it's just a waste of money.
Your action is similar to hackers who fool people to steal money from their bank accounts.

Answer: Yes they are fraud, I placed and order and just days of receiving the order I get an email that some part of my order is not available but the website still shows available and it can still reach the destination by the date I requested and my order has not even been shipped. The customer service agent was the rudest customer service representative and should not be in this job. She in fact went on to write that I only respond if I have any queries about any other products of this order or else my email will not be entertained.
