Like previous reviewers, my experience was awful. 2 suits ordered for huge family wedding. First imaginary delays, then no replies, then 1 outfit sent but totally not made to the custom measurements I submitted. The idiots offered at "35%" credit but I've filled a case with PayPal & pursuing a full refund. Hundreds of dollars wasted.

I ordered 2 suits and paid by bank deposit I do have receipt and reference number. It is almost a month they cannot locate it. Emailed so many times proof of payment then phoned no luck. Ticket actioned will reply in 48 hours no result. I guess I wasted money but if you care about your money please do not order from India buy something here in Canada.

Late delivery, poor quality products. Then, if there is an issue, they push the return costs onto the customer. Seriously, have a relative send you clothes or use a more reputable site. No doubt, you will be disappointed, and there's nothing you can do about it.

Highly fraudulent and cheating! Bought something for $40, with shipping and stitching they are charged $54 for the product not even worth of $1. No return since it was custom stitched.

Don't get excited by seeing the pictures. There is no correlation between picture and real product. Such a fraud act... Mirraw sucks!
Some of my friends recommended not to buy but did not listen :(

They send defective product, and then once you report about the defect, it goes lazy way of processing and make you frustrated to give up hope.
Mirraw seems to be funny website to place order. Its been more than 2 month since last update on the complain.

4 months by now when I reported this defect about the product i got. 3 time I shared picture of the product with problem. Got email that you will issue a partial refund 2 month earlier, nothing had happened so far, i had checked my credit card and no refund was processed.

They should be not allowed to do business in US

Worst Customer Service
August 28, 2019

This has been the worst online shopping experience. At first the dress looked fine but upon further inspection found that all the seams were palling apart and had a lot of strings popping out. I had made my second order before realizing this. I tried to cancel a part of the order and messaged them twice in their help center but apparently that thing doesn't work. They claimed they never received anything. Do not shop with them. If you do and need to get a hold of them just call them. Even though they are so rude on the phone it is the only way of getting any type of service. They have the absolutely worst customer service I have ever come upon.

The seller went out of his way to deliver the items earlier as per my special request... this is excellent customer service which we appreciated tremendously. This was our first time dealing with the seller... definitely will be buying more goods from them.

Perfect sizing (I got small; I am US size 6), easily to wear (after two learning trials), and looks elegant and simply amazing in a muted beige cold with brighter accents/borders! I love it! Will not wear it with black like on the picture, but with gold or burgundy red color. The fabric could be softer, but it is just beautiful. My husband also thinks do. Thank you

A little too shiny than shown in the picture but a very pretty saree! You guys don't know how much it means to get these products when one can't go back to India to buy them and getting such beautiful clothes sitting at one place feels so much wonderful! Thank you Mirraw.

Worst!

Hi all
Run away from this site. I've recently ordered 2 Salwar suits. The products displayed on the website and the product delivered are from two different worlds. The quality(?)... don't expect any. Absolute waste of money and time on something totally worthless. If I had a chance I would have given zero stars. They lure people with decent looking products but the one that you end up getting is not even close. Cheap, cheap, cheapest!
Run away from this fraudulent website.

I wish i could give you zero star. Scammers! It was my first saree order with you guys which took almost 2 months to reach me and then sent me wrong item that you guys made me pay extra for. When contact support, you took 2 weeks to come up with a solution and when i responded saying i want a refund, you closed my ticket saying i did not respond. I have all the communication proof and details. But now you won't respond to me. Bunch of scammers idiots ripping people and making money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Blouse color should have been the same as the saree

Taking forever to stitch
July 9, 2022

I have ordered a dress for a big family event. Its been 3 weeks and some 20 -30 emails later. I still don't know when i will receive this as that question was never answered. All i was told is its in stitching. I will need to buy another dress locally. Customer service is robotic and useless, same standard answers responded on every email. I am not coming back to Mirraw ever. Very unreliable service and delivery.

Awful, waste of money.

Cheap fabric that smelled awful. Sizing was wrong and material was not silk as advertised. PayPal will not refund money since it was sized. Lost $85! Horrible product. Please save your money. You would have better luck having a strangers blind grandmother making this for you!

Online catastrophy

This company is clueless about its own responses and actions. Ordered 4 pieces of clothes, exchanged emails and phoned to get stitching for two of them, to no avail. Dozens of emails over six weeks, different departments and persons answering, no coordination, promises, no results. Then suddenly a fifth item appeared on my order-number, out of the blue. Cancelled the order and with help of paypal got the refund. If you have a very bored life and lots of time, it´s an adventure. But only order something very cheap through paypal, so that you can get refund at the end of the drama.

Horrible horrible

Never ever buy from this site. Please save your money. They sent me something completely different. I have been emailing and calling so many times after charging $100. After 1 month they emailed me saying since you got back the product you should enjoy it. How horrible is it? They should be shut down. Poor poor customer service

Scam - DO NOT BUY

Do not buy from them. It is a complete scam. Placed order M******* with them for 2 items. These were not the "star replica" items. They sent some look alike cheap products that I would not dream of wearing in public. Awful quality and stitched completely incorrectly. Their support first claimed that all their products are replicas and you will just get something close, not what you see on the image. The colors, material even size can be different. I send them images of the product and the stitching and despite showing that the stitching doesn't match, they claim it does - it is off by 4 inches in some places! They just have form answers that they respond with. If you think you are going to get something cheaper on their site its because it is a fake. They even try to replicate the inexpensive items. If I could give them 0 star I would have.

It has been more than two months since they issued me a ticket to deal with a refund for my return which is almost $150. Customer services never responded or followed up and they still did not credit me the refund. Mirraw is a big fraud company! I have them enough time and I am taking legal action! Please beware if you are a customer.

Awful customer service, low integrity business

This is the lowest integrity ecommerce experience I've had in quite a long time. Absolutely awful customer service. I ordered a lehenga from here and the shipment took over a month to process. Customer service guaranteed it would be delivered by end of August, and it still hasn't shipped. Given my event is next week, I asked them to cancel and refund the order. They're refusing to give me a refund, even though the website claimed they're "customer friendly" and offer full refunds. Will make sure everyone I know never uses this site in the future.

Beautiful piece!

Beautiful piece! It was actually a little too nice and attention getting to wear to the event I intended, so I will happily save it for something more glamorous. The picture does not do it justice. The stones catch and reflect a lot of light, making the whole thing sparkle, and the pearls are more off-white and understated. An expensive look without the steep price, perfect for evening wear. I was concerned about whether this would be long enough given prior experience with necklaces that looked longer in the picture than in reality. It has quite a bit of length to it, I usually use an extender but did not need one. It does have a clasp in back making it adjustable and allowing for an extender if desired.
