Mirraw

Beautiful garments. Order arrived earlier then stated and was very pleased with item received. One item slightly on the big side, but not too much of an issue. However, the company made error with an order by sending out a random confirmation of cancellation email for one item (unauthorised by me), which led to another order being made. Ended up receiving 2 items for the same thing (only wanted one). Contacted the company for a full refund as the error was theirs. They refused this and were only willing to give part and just got an apology.

The products initially used to be like they were shown in the photos. But lately what I have received are of very low quality material and I as ordered a lot of items but it is never mentioned o the packet what item is being received so one is force to open and see. And returning is a pain. Hence I had cancelled a lot of over items by mail etc. But still kept receiving them even after cancellations. So please cancel my remaining orders if any

I have had previous parcels from Mirraw delivered but this time they have made things so much worse. I cannot physically go and collect the parcel at the depot whose driver is unable to find my address. In the meantime I have received several parcels from the same depot and Mirraw has refused to refund the money saying that the parcel will be destroyed whereas it shows that the parcel has been returned to the sender.

I cannot get over at how perfect this turned out! I got it custom stitched and I had a phone call with the woman that was stitching my dress to make sure she understood all my measurements. I am so happy with the results and really appreciate the time and effort that Mirraw gave me to make my dress. I will always purchase from here because the prices are incredibly reasonable and the details are stunning! I cannot thank you enough for making this process painless and creating such a beautiful salwar!

You are not reliable, my clothes were way too late, didn't fit, want to return but no address. Every time I write I get an auto generated answer. Will get back to you in 72 hours! Almost 2 months will pass, the issue is not resolved.

I ordered two parcels. One i received after 2 weeks of delivery date and parcel is not even mine. I received someone else package and they want me to create a label and send it to the person whose package i received and they don't know where my package is. Another package is still in transit for over a month now. So, if you need it for certain date. Don't trust the delivery date which shows on checkout because they use a slowest shipping company. Customer care replied me for couple of emails after that no reply from them.

Mirraw is horrible place to buy. 10 days ago I ordered on line few saris from Mirraw. I had to pay extra dollars for the customs duties to the courier along with the saree price which was paid earlier. The sarees were torn in 2- 3 places. And added to that the material and colour was different from the order. When I contacted the customer care they did not even bother to receive my emails nor respond to it. Now I am ended up with torn sarees. I do not recommend any one to buy saris from Mirraw.

I ordered 2 dresses, stitched to my measurements. One didn't fit because they made too small (not to my measurements!) and the other was stitched so crooked at the collar that I cannot use it. Asked for them to either fix the dress (if I sent it back), or have refund. Both were refused.
They did want to give me 30% credit for future use, but I don't want to buy from them again when they do such bad quality stitching, so for me this was a total loss.

I would give one star for quality compared to the picture posted. Especially the blouse was completely different from that posted on the picture. Please ask for a picture of the original product if ur buying.

Stitching was good. However the zip on the blouse broke as soon as I tried to open it.

The final product looked good but it was not what the picture showed. It's one of those online deals where u see something else and get something else. Would not buy anything else from this website.
