Could not get computer to learn the security light would not go off after 3 hours trying put old unit back in works ok but when parked battery cable has to be unhooked so computer can reset

It was exactly the same as mine and was a eazy replacement and worked as it should.the tractor started after sitting for 8 to 10 years
I used what I thought was Mint because of a negative experience I had with Flagship One. Turns out they either used a flagship or are the same company
It wound up taking many days longer than I was told by sales people
It works great in my truck. If I ever need another computer. I will greatly buy another one.
Item kept getting delayed. Communication was good. But i was down a vehicle for awhile.
The PCM I received is described as "Plug&Play," but it also requires the dealer to program both key fobs. This turns a DIY job into an expensive trip to the dealer. Is there any way around this issue?
ECM worked great. The instructions for start up worked as described
Installed ecm but would not start. Called customer service and they told me the key needs programmed. That is not what was stated when purchased, said plug and play. Had to paid of key programming.
I could not reset the "Service the Theft Deterrent System" error message. I asked for help. Mintt responded with a solution that did NOT work. So, I see this experience as a waste of time, effort and money.
I ordered the part they kept me informed of the progress of the order l received the part it has worked great.
It worked just fine. Fixed the car's bout of Alzheimer's.
