Microsoft your computers have gone way downhill. The software that has put in the market is terrible, even for basic needs. I like you are just staying afloat. Stop using bad hardware, and taking advantage of people!

Xbox launch
May 4, 2021

How do you launch a console and 7 months later it's still not available. Who's ever brilliant idea it was to make it online only should be fired. So now every $#*! in the world is buying them all and selling them at double the price. That should be Illegal!
Just saying bad job all around. I mean if you can't make enough you should of waited to launch. I own every x box out there but looks like I'm swimming to Nintendo. Cause Sony sucks too!

Can't find your advertised product online or at retailers. Question. Why advertise a console you can't mass produce, what was the point of making a system if you can't match consumer needs. Supply and demand? We've been waiting since November. Nobody is going to buy your console from a third party on eBay for $1400. 00 that's laughable. We might as well switch to play station at this point.

Cyberpowerpc Purchase from Microsoft by L V

This is my first computer that I have bought on Microsoft.com and it's a prebuilt PC from CyberPowerPC, amazing people who made the best pre-built PC anyone could have asked for. They did a far better job than I expected, and I already expected great things. Ordering was simple and the list of tech specs made it easy to figure out exactly what I was getting. There would be no surprises. Shipping was fast and the computer came tight in a box with protective bags inside the case to protect all the innermost parts. That means I got it without any scuff marks or damages. Using the guide that came with the computer, I quickly got it running. Purchasing a CyberpowerPC from Microsoft was a great experience and would recommend others to do the same especially if you're looking to get the best pre-built computer available.

Not a big fan of Microsoft at the moment. I bought a lap top last year with Windows 8 and updating the OP system to 8.1 is a real nightmare. If my computer is not ready for the update, it could end up ruining the hard drive, etc. Should have bought a Mac instead..

My microsoft surface pro was over heating. I figured after 2 years, it was done. Called Microsoft not expecting much, but WOW! They not only fixed it, they were polite, humorous, professional, quick, considerate, fixed the issue of out dated drivers, and even called back the next day to ensure it was still fixed!

Yes you read that review right. It is of course Microsoft. I do like Xbox and Their Computers but they ruin everything. One time one of their employees didn't know what windows 98 was and said there was no windows 98 which is just weird but funny.

One drive is full

Continual messages one drive is full even if you have never saved to one drive, it will try to get you to you to pay monthly for extra storage. Email will still work, do not be fooled. Check carefully.

POOR Customer Service

Have had MSFT for two weeks now and their new "online" help and recovery is pathetic. Multi-billion dollar company/monopoly fails when it comes to human resources and reasonable requests. Starts with the Eps. Island executive(s) at the top.

Xbox account went awol. No reason and zero chance of getting someone to help me reset it or retrieve any needed info. Spent hours across several days just trying to reach a real person and not some useless FAQ. The loop of go here and go there was the most frustrating thing. I just unhooked my Xbox altogether to stop from throwing it somewhere. Microsoft CS is the worst I've ever encountered

I have been trying to contact Microsoft support via virtual and by phone and can not get any help. When I go online to find a U.S.A phone number there is no listing. Worst experience ever and pity customer service. Abysmal products. 20 years of pity Microsoft experiences. Software & OS crashing. Now switched to mac, which is excellent - only chronic problem on my iMac - Microsoft Office and Skype!

Thank god for competition

Microsoft has become the least customer focused company on the planet. They have set up processes that prohibit individuals to call them about billing issues. They can't tell me what product or service a charge is for even after I spent 2 hours on chat and 5 hours on the phone trying to find someone to help me because I am being charged for something that I didn't even know I subscribed to. All our kids use MS software on student accounts. My wife and I don't use MS products at home, we don't have a P.C. And haven't for years. We also don't have an Xbox, a sales force account or paid linkedin accounts. Had to report the charge to Amex as fraud. They have really fallen from the young innovators who battles big blue and the men in suits who they now appear to be. No wonder nearly every other competitor is better and cooler than them

Xbox order = no answers
November 23, 2022

So I ordered an xbox bundle and it gave me a shipping date. The date came and went, and nothing. Fedex doesn't have the package. Microsoft sent it, allegedly. No answers, but they 'escalated' it for me and have no problem keeping my money while giving me no answers. Not even a gift card for games or anything either after nearly 30 minutes online with their agent trying to figure out what happened to my order. My recommendation: If you want a console, don't buy it from Microsoft. Go find one in person somewhere instead (or go PS5 instead).

Xbox consol
October 29, 2022

I have owned and/or plaid different games on ALL of the different Xbox consols and every single one of them have a horrible issue with over heating way too fast then making a scary and loud sound then freezing up and shutting off during important times of the game then you end up having to do everything all over again. You would think after making so many different consols this issue would be fixed but nope not at all. So the personally i will not be buying your products anymore until this issue is completely fixed. No consol should over heat like that after only an hour of playing. Most of your games take a lot longer just to beat 1 mission. So where is the since in that?
