Raised our rates 3 times in 1 1/2 years. Cable TV is good but Internet is supposed to be 5 mbps and rarely get 2 mbps and many times not even 1mbps. That's $42 per mo. For 2 mbps average. Phone support is the pits. Mean, non caring and everything is always your fault. Need in home support? Wait at least a week or the next time they'll be in your area. They even charge for defective remotes they give you. They can't even keep track of TV equipment installed or the number of remotes given. They blame and accuse. Poor communications between in home support and their office. Why have I not quit yet? Because they are the only cable company in my area and the satellite dish we had before doesn't work well in the forest where I live. Looks like I'll have to try Dish again. It has different problems because of where I live with the weather, trees and constant adjustments. Maybe improved by now? We'll see. They are a last resort. Try sat first.
