Fantastic Customer Service. Always offer a solution when timber size I ordered wasn't available on the shelf at the time which enables you to keep your project moving forward.

Great product and faster than expected delivery.
My only ciriticism would be the $119 local delivery fee where requests for an ETA were somehow missed and therefore instructions not followed. Also I had to help unload as only one guy (who was a lovely gentleman BTW) with a shoulder injury was sent out.
Overall very happy with the product and will definitely buy from these guys again, but it might be more cost effective to pick up.

I had a great experience with the team at Megatimber, especially Jayden. He assisted with the order, called me on the day of delivery to say the order was on it's way and then followed up with an email to check all was ok. Great Service. While price is important, so is the service and Megatimber will have me coming back again.
Ordered from this company, products were damaged, no reply, didn't want to know about it! Won't pick up the 3M pallet even after delivery driver said they would. Sales person is rude and just hangs up! Will never use the company again!
A very easy order process online.
However, delivery driver didn't call to give notice and as a result put the timber where we didn't want it, two packs turned up, 1 being different width boards to the other pack (useless) the phone umber on the website requires at least 2 goes before anyone picks up.
Easy to order and delivered no fuss. One suggestion might be to call on approach so I know when the delivery is coming (luckily someone was home to help driver unload). Other than that, it was an efficient way to get materials.

We had a couple of hiccups - caused by us, but Daryl was awesome at making this happen - the service was outstanding an commendable. Daryl worked with us to make this transaction as smooth as could be - and delivery was so prompt - the Driver was totally helpful. I could not recommend these guys more highly - will defiantly be using them again -

Ordered 8 x 3600 x 100 x 75 Red Alert LVLs.
Received a smaller(less well known) substitute product Foxtim 3600 x 100 x 67(approx).
Never heard of this brand and in any case it was NOT what was ordered
This was without any warning. Additionally invoice shows Red Alert LVLs as order.
Feel short changed - not happy.
The delivery driver took the time to help me move the doors into a difficult to access apartment block, he was very careful with the doors and gave me some good tips on storage. There probably should have been two people in the deliver team though. In case I was not able to assist.
I found the price of the product I purchased to be very competitive and about 10% better than the "Trade" price that my builder got from his supplier.
I was told the delivery was scheduled for Monday 0700-0730 and that is exactly when it arrived.
Having not heard of the company, let alone using them before I was skeptical. My concerns were proven wrong and in this case, I was happy to be wrong.
Ordered materials for DIY project on a Saturday materials came on Tuesday. Despite what the order confirmation said there was no communication about when the delivery was going to happen. So come Tuesday morning I receive a call while I'm at work that the driver is 15 mins away. Wasn't a big deal but only because my delivery was small. Would have been better if I was told a day in advance when the delivery is coming so I could plan accordingly.
Website could be better if I could confirm actual dimensions for the heritage skirting profile. But they have a huge range so might be difficult to have all the detail I would like.
Overall, fantastic service and delivered same day, at a great price. I will definitely be using Megatimber.com.au again.

Why would any company send one delivery guy to deliver sheets of gyprock that require a two person lift? They charge a premium, (pun intended) and under deliver.
They email you saying they'll be in touch but rest assured they weren't.

Somewhat below par from my previous experience. Requested quotes twice and third time only received partial quote. Not everything requested was priced.
Fortunately I called and Micheal answered and provided a quote for the timber that was missing from previous quotes.
Product available, nice easy process to order, and they didn't insist on an account. They also went out of their way to ensure what I wanted was what I got, and their communication and customer service were fantastic.

I ordered on line and from the time I arrived to pick it up have it cut to length and loaded the service was excellent and they processed my order in less than 20 minutes
