The swim "dress" I ordered did not fall properly. It sat unevenly and was twisted as if cut on a bias or sewn incorrectly. I requested a return authorization form and I am being given the runaround. So far they have offered me a credit or a partial refund if I keep the merchandise.

Really happy with most of my purchases, however looking to return a few. Customer service has been very slow to deal with my return request

Its a little slow to load and navigate but I did manage to order a few swimwear and just received it yesterday. I loved them. The products fit. Quality was good.

The item fit correctly and was good quality. The prices are great. I did not like the tracking system and how long the shipments took.

It has been so Difficult to send an Email to the correct place. I have tried 4 times now to request an exchange/return form so I will be able to enjoy wearing my new Bathers.
I keep getting an Email stating the Email that I have been sending to "*******@meetcurve.com.au" is incorrect!
Can you please Email me a Returns/Exhange for so I can return the Items and get the Correct size for me.

Swim suits are so nice and true to size. Quality of the material is great. Not flimsy and thin.
Delivery is kind of long and not much communication.

I was expecting the bathing suits to fit better and the suits could be greatly improved by the addition of removable cups instead of sewed in... Also... the torso for the one-piece swimsuit wasn't that long which cause it to me ill fitting and no amount of strap adjustment could fix it. Great advertising though.

Tracking item is not easy. I had to download a tracking app then in order to actually track the package I would have had to pay for the tracking service. Definitely don't like all the added fees to track what I e paid for.

For the price, not worth it. Nice colour, but no support in the bra of the top. If it's for plus sized women, the top should have some support!

Bathing suit is super cute. Size matched the measurements. Shipping is a little long. But order early and enjoy a great suit at a great price.

I brought one of your black one piece swimmers which are fantastic quality, however when I received it it was a size too small. As I had purchased it for an overseas trip I was worried that I wouldn't be able to return it and receive the next size up in time. Let me just say you guys are absolutely amazing because you just gave me a credit to the value of the swimmer and sent me the one I needed straight away. Best experience and customer service I've had online in a long time. The swimmer is beautiful. Thankyou again for your understanding and support of your customers. I will definitely be telling my friends about your company.

I ordered swimwear based on the measurements provided, they came quite quickly but they were all too big. Customer service team were super helpful and eventually sorted me out and I'm awaiting my new swimwear, hopefully the right fit this time.

Was not sure about ordering but the delivery was great, and the swimsuits are as advertised. True to size and very cute

I am still waiting on a return address so that I can return the items. I keep getting the run around… just want to return.

The sizing was not correct for me. I need to go up to the next size to feel better covered usually a xl but need to size up in these swimming suits.
