I received my order but needed to return one item. The return process is absolutely terrible - they attempted to barter with me instead of returning the item. I will absolutely dispute the charge on my credit card if I do not receive my refund. I will NEVER purchase anything from them again.
Items was not delivered on time and when recieved I asked for a refund to which they only offer to pay a portion of the price paid or give u a credit and will not pay for return shipping. Horrible experience from start to end and I'm still waiting for my partial refund.
I ordered two items. Order arrived promptly.
1 item did not fit well in the bust area so i contacted customer service via email x2 and then again via facebook messenger to arrange to return & refund that item... with no reply!
Items are to be returned within 15 days as per meet curves return policy but this is not possible when they do not reply to emails to provide returns information!
Such a shame because i really love the other item that i ordered and i would have shopped with meet curve again in the future, if not for their poor customer service.
I ordered two suits. One fit, one didn't. I wanted to return it and custom er service bartered with me to keep it and refund me partial money. I just kept saying no I just wanted to return it. I couldn't wear it. When they finally gave me instructions to return it the process was so complicated it wasn't worth it. So now I'm stuck with a suit that doesn't fit and out $40. Won't order from here again.
There appears to be no simple way of returning an item and just getting a refund. However, the alternative offered was fair - credit on my next purchase - but the process to do this became tedious as the code given was not accepted at first and there was much correspondence with customer service (who were very helpful) before it finally could be achieved.
I have order two tops. The are not the good size. To big for the band and two small for the cup even is the description was like my body mesures. I am verry disapointed.
Also it take so much time to receveid my order... Il will not order again at Meet Curves
My order did not fit, all pieces were significantly too big even though I used the sizing chart. When I requested a refund verification, I was not given one, no money would be returned, I only had two options. This seemed like a strange refund policy, I did chose the option to gain a code to reorder. I am out the time I am waiting for the second order which won't arrive before my trip.
Ordered 5 swimsuits (6 pieces) on Feb 26,2025. Website states orders take 3 days to ship out. Never received any email stating my order was shipped. I reached out to the company about 10-12 days later and was told that 2 of the suits I ordered were out of stock, even though they had just been listed on the website the day I ordered them. I went back to the website and both suits were still listed as being in stock in multiple sizes, including the size I ordered. I inquired about this and never received a response. I requested a refund on the two suits and was issued a refund less than what I paid. I messaged back and was issued another smaller sum, which still did not equal the amount I paid for the two suits. I later received an email stating that my order had been shipped, but when I track the order, no information is available. It has not updated since 3/13/2025, and even then, no info was available. I messaged company again and was told to be patient. Haven't heard anything since then and still have not received my order. AND the two swimsuits in question are still showing as available in multiple sizes, including the size I ordered. To add insult to injury, they were the two swimsuits I really wanted. 🥺😢
Thin, poorly made suits. Ordered over $200 worth of suits, different styles and types. The one piece wasn't long enough to reach my chest. Customer service was a joke! Trying to barter with me on the amount I would receive for my return. If I want to return all unworn items I should get the FULL refund. At one point they were asking me to take pictures of the crotches, as part of the return process(none of this extra stuff was on their site btw!) among other requests. Was not quickly resolved either!
The product did not fit as expected and was thinner than other swimsuits. Bust support just wasn't enough. Still, the suits looked great and would be of sufficient quality if they were more supportive. Excellent customer service.
Several emails back and forth with ridiculous requests and offers and finally received refund address and expensive shipping consumer cost to return. Hopefully I see full refund! Still waiting.
I was disappointed to learn of the return policy. Instead of returning the way the website.made it sound, I was first offered credits for another purchase and then broken down all the details required to return plus an additional charge to myself. When I accepted the credit then I was told 5-15 days for the credit to appear.
It has been awful and not happy at all. My order was sent back and I am not being issued my refund

I was told to send the shipping information did that still getting the run around. My credit card company will take care of you.
I ordered a dress for an event and it arrived in about 10 days but even though I used the size guide it was WAY too small. I emailed about returning it, but I went ahead and ordered 2 sizes bigger and paid $24 for express shipping (3-7 days) to ensure it would arrive in time. Order was placed on 1/29 and dress did not arrive until 2/8, was still too small, and the quality is mid. Once they replied about the refund, they offered me $12 refund. So now I have spent over $100 on two dresses and express shipping essentially for nothing. I'm happy to send the dresses back, but offering only $12 to offset the cost is kind of crazy. Not sure if I'm more disappointed in the quality or the customer service.
I was between XL and L in bottoms, bought both and the L was well and truly big enough.
Measured an XL in tops but could have gotten a smaller size as there is no clips or anything at the back that can be tightened and the straps are on the tightest level.
Despite this, they look great, well made and good quality.
The swimsuit is beautiful, however, not made for busty girls. The straps are quite thin and give barely any support. I have concerns they may possibly snap. The suit itself is nicely made and fits well.
This is a beautiful swim dress. It is so flattering and comfortable. Size up because sizing is small.
Please, please make more of these swim dresses in different patterns. I would buy more.
The shopping experience was very enjoyable and easy. I purchased two dresses and a blouse. I was disappointed with the quality of my items. The dress material was thin and of poor quality. However the fit was amazing. I have bought bathing suits from curve that the quality, fit and design were great. I was disappointed with my other items.
There are so many different choices to be made! Tops, bottoms, mix, match, 1 piece, cover-ups, you name it! :) I chose 2 tankini tops & 1 bottom and can't wait to try them in the wild!
I order 4 bathing suits. I wanted to return 3. I emailed services at Meet Curve as I was it strictest to do to inform them of the returns. I received email after email trying to make a deal with me…sending me $22 refund and keeping them. I said I wasn't interested. Then they sent me another email offering another "deal". I finally did research and found out that they are notorious for making returns difficult. I emailed them and told them that I was not interested in making a deal and basically called them out on their scam. I received email that night with return number and address. Now I am afraid to send back because I have read that a lot of people never did receive a refund. I will never order from them again.
