I was shocked when they told me to get ready for my surgery at Dora Hospital. I did some research about this hospital and visited it in person. The surroundings, the hospital itself, inside, nurses and staff everything did not even deserve a one-star. That's why I said, "no" and quit this process. They never told me this upfront until a few hours before the surgery. Despite this, they refused to process my refund. They did not look professional and honest throughout my experience. I highly recommend Dr. Osman without hesitation. Opting for gastric sleeve surgery has been the most life-changing and beneficial decision I've ever made for my health. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Osman provided thorough explanations before, during, and after each step of the surgery. I really wish I had understood that so many of the review sites can easily be manipulated to make the hospital and doctors look good. There is no way Mayclinik should still be operating. The skill of the doctors is low and often results in botched jobs. They promise the moon and the stars and leave you disfigured. Only after my own disfigurement and expensive corrective surgery did I realize just what a poor job Acar did. I've connected with many victims of Mayclinik and have just read about a recent death of a patient there. Please, please do your research and do not fall victim to nice Instagram posts and manipulated 5-star ratings. Read the posts with scrutiny. You'll be able to see that they are fake.

The entire experience was fantastic, from the knowledgeable and caring staff to the skilled surgeon who performed the procedure. My face looks rejuvenated, and the natural-looking outcome has boosted my self-confidence significantly.

I had wanted to have eyelid surgery done for so long. Once I did, I was so happy. I could actually wear eye shadow! The entire staff was so wonderful and comforting during the whole procedure. I will definitely call on them again.

It's been two months after my jowl liposuction with mayclinik. It's like fat reduction kept going after the operation and I really feel great! I was very uncomfortable with my chin before the operation but I was scared of bigger incisions like they create in neck lift, with my healthcare consultant's help me and Dr. Yusuf Acar decided the best option for me is vaser liposuction. Everyone is speaking english and do their best to make you feel in the most comfortable way. My consultant and the doctor were informing me about every stage with honesty. Nurses come and check you out even in the hotel If you're travelling alone It's really helpful. They're still checking me out after I got back home. It was really a nice experience thanks to mayclinik team.

It's been 4 1/2 months. Don't believe the hype- employees are wonderful but Dr. Basaran Karaca failed me miserably. I'll let the photos do the talking. First photo is my before picture.

I had upper blepharoplasty, brow-lift and deep plane face surgeries done and I still can't believe it's the best decision I've ever made, feeling young and fresh at 46 is a miracle when they asked for my concern I just told them to put me in a time machine and I didn't even know what was wrong with my face at the time. Dr Basaran suggested I have an eyebrow lift with upper eyelid surgery and deep plane facelift after I checked their information I understood what was missing from my face. The doctor is one of the best, and during a video call with them, they addressed all of my concerns and explained why I needed it and how it would be done in detail.
Being natural was one of my main requests, and it's wonderful to have someone who understands how crucial it is. What I really appreciate is their follow-up care. It started when I was there and I had my checks every day and excellent service. There were no language barriers, which scared me first because I was flying from another country. I am grateful for the service I have received from them. Everything was 10/10. Highly recommended.

I went in search of a good doctor for the sagging in my neck area. It is very difficult to find a good doctor and this has worried me a lot. I was very impressed with the results when I found the Mayclinik page on Instagram. I immediately contacted and got information about the doctor. Dr. Karaca Başaran was a very successful and highly educated doctor. In my facial surgery, there were combined surgeries such as eyelid and fat injection.

After my doctor's recommendations, we set a day. When I arrived taken to a beautiful hotel. I was very excited on the day of the surgery, but when I saw and talked to my doctor, my excitement passed. That's when I realized that I really chose the best doctor. He answered all my questions and listened to me. He always helped me in my post-surgery process. When I went to the hotel, I had nurses and they helped me a lot.

Thank you very much for helping me get through this difficult surgery so easily. I was never left without communication. I am very grateful to Dr Karaca Başaran for my result today. He is truly an excellent doctor and you can trust him. Everything from the beginning to the end of the process was extremely orderly. Never hesitate to have your surgery with Mayclinik!

Wish I could give minus stars. I went to Mayclinik for facelift with dr Karaca Basaran last year. The surgery also included eyelid surgery.

I wasn't too impressed about their service. The assistants and nurses were rude, and the transportations always late. My surgery was very short and I woke up with so much pain. No nurses were there to help me, they just said they can't do anything. I found out later I wasn't stitched properly and was bleeding from my surgical cuts. They forced me to leave the hospital even though I was still bleeding on the floors. I'm lucky to be alive.

Two months later, after somehow survivg home, the swelling had gone down, and I started to see my face sagging. I never had a saggy face before the surgery. After I complained, Mayclinik stopped answering me and refused to help. I visited another doctor in my home country who was absolutely shocked about my scars and "results". He said it looked like a 5 year old had done my surgery. Most of my facial fat had removed, therefore the sagging. No actual lifting had done. My eyelids were absolutely overdone and I cannot close my eyes. Lower face has severe nerve damage. I have needed already three corrective surgeries and will need few more. Not all the damage can be fixed.

I cannot recommend to anyone. I recently found out there are a massive number of unhappy patients of this clinic, also a case of death.

I had my gastric sleeve surgery with Mayclinik. Today is my 10th day and it was a really excellent process. I feel amazing! Everything was very nice and very systematic. Since the day I decided to have the surgery and applied, they have communicated very effectively with me. All my questions were answered and they made me feel very comfortable. When I came to Istanbul, they made my transfer very punctually. My hotel was very nice and central, so I had time to wander around a bit before the surgery. Everything was very well arranged. I had all the tests before my surgery.

My doctor was an excellent person.All my tests were done carefully, and his experience and the technique he used gave me a very comfortable post-operative period. He checked me carefully and informed me about the process. My nurses were excellent. They helped me a lot. This process went perfectly smoothly for me. Thanks everyone for everything! Hey! I had a mummy makeover operation with MAYCLINIK. I was researching to find a good-quality clinic and good doctors and I saw Mayclinik, I made a contact and then asked them many questions about the operation to comprehend what is the process exactly and the doctor. They were able to answer all of my questions in a very detailed way so I was not worried about anything even for a second.
When I arrived they welcomed me with a great car it is perfect for transfers as it is very comfortable. I met with the nurses in the hospital they helped me with the pre-operative tests. Then I arrived at the hotel, all the staff in the hotel are very nice and caring. I had a great room where I can see the whole Bosphorus and the beauty of the city.
On the operation day, they picked me up early in the morning and then I got taken to the hospital. I met with Dr Yusuf and then I felt even better! He is very knowledgeable and very honest. He talked about every detail even before I asked. I am the happiest. I appreciate all the staff in Mayclinik they were truly kind. I did not have much pain after the operation as they are using very strong painkillers. Dr Yusuf checked on me every morning in the hospital. And in the hotel, I received perfect care. Every single detail was awesome. I will recommend every friend of mine their care is awesome.

Genuine review here from a UK traveller to Turkey to get tummy tuck and BBL done. I thought I'd go into length to at least put a few minds at ease. First and most importantly if you're thinking of going to Turkey for plastic surgery, unbeatable prices and the quality of the customer service and operation is very high class at Mayclinik. It does feel a little strange going to Turkey and having these done however it is an extremely common operation over there and you will be well looked after very well by your privet nurses.There are certainly a few things to note for the people coming from UK however before hand which will make the whole experience easier

1. Do your research on the procedure before you go by reading up the before and after treatment to ensure you are already clued up on how to ensure your operation is a success and put your mind at ease while you're there.

2. Remember you're going to Turkey so don't expect everyone to speak English like in UK so just prepare to have a few language barriers but Mayclinik has English speaking doctors and nurses which help, so no worries.

3. Best not to treat the trip as a total holiday because most of the time you will be recovering and staying in the hotel after the op although having some time before your op to have a quick walk around and buy some food supplies is ideal as Istanbul is amazing. Additionally the hospital is in the city center also close to my hotel as well. So if you really want to explore then taxis are really cheap.

4. Take lira and pound currency as it differs in different places in Turkey...i changed 100 pounds into lira and I could only spend half, the food is very cheap.

5. The operation itself does not hurt, and I had my painkillers, there were my private nurses both at the hotel and the hospital who taken care of me really well by following my medications and giving me drainage message which really helped.

Overall it's been 8 days since the operation and the results look really great. I use my garment and BBL pillow regularly and follow my surgeons instructions to keep my beautiful result.

Overall I'd give Mayclinik 10/10 due to them doing such a great job with customer care for people from a different country and also the quality of the hotel/operation being so good. It's definitely a bizarre feeling at times being in Turkey having these ops done but a nice kind of bizarre and a great experience :)

I had abdominoplasty with liposuction in three areas and rhinoplasty with Dr. Yusuf and Mayclinik.

My whole experience has been so amazing and the communication with my Dr and carer was 10 out of 10 just was fantastic. I'm from Ireland, firstly I saw them on ınstagram and started to follow all posts and stories then one day clicked in WhatsApp button and started to communicate with my contact Busra, later she called me and told me what services provided, what ı will see once ı am there, she made me picture the whole experience inside me having the operation, it was so assuring and asked her all the questions ı have and she replied very well.

And I was so assured with communication and then later on the care as well. I traveled to Istanbul for my operation by myself, so ı did not have any companion but my nurses both at the hospital and the hotel were there for me all the time. I did not think of anything they all did, followed and instructed me for my medicines, checked my drains, stitches, tampons and bandages regularly, gave me massage for a better shape, and really it was not as hard as I imagined. I knew I was in trustable hands. I was in contact with my coordinator all the time, even she arranged a white cleaning session for me once ı am there ı wanna get this done as well. She was there for all by easing my process. One day before my departure, my surgeon checked me one more time preparing a flight letter for me, changing my bandages, removing my tampons.

Btw my result omg amazing. Even now I am so happy with my result both tummy tuck and nose job. I stayed at point hotel which is so close to hospital and clinic. The car provided was a luxury and really comfortable car. The driver always offering water or some beverages he was so kind and funny always making me listen fun songs. I can't express how wonderful each and every one was to me.

My results are fantastic and I have no regret. I'm really happy and recommending mayclinik to everyone who wants to get plastic surgery done
