Bought this mattress as the one ordered from amazon was a no show and my teen needed it ASAP, decent mattress for my son, no complaints from him so happy days.
Was also so happy with the swift delivery that I ordered another one from them.

Ordered a mattress that was in stock! Initial thoughts were ok, they phoned next day to say the mattress that was in stock, actually wasn't however they could deliver the day after, not a problem as I needed for the weekend and delivery would be Friday. A week later and they still had not delivered … this time the story was delivery in two days, another week later and yes still two days away! I highlight we were cancelling due to the delay. Then out of the blue it arrived and they wanted to charge £50 to pick it up!
Mattress Next day should be Mattress Next Month... They just want your money and don't care about service! Looking on line so many people have had the same experience!
Ordered on a Thursday, delivered on Friday! Lovely delivery guy, due to Covid they didnt come in however put the mattress as close to the door as possible for me and took away my old one. Excellent service

I ordered from these guys as I needed a bed the next day (a Saturday). Ordered divan bed with mattress and duvet + pillow set. They called quickly to let me know that the mattress I wanted was out of stock but they'd provide something similar, and that the duvet + pillow set was out of stock so they'd give me a refund on that. Annoying, but absolutely understandable.
I was sent an email saying I could expect delivery between 8am - 5pm. A big window, but again, fine.
Then the bed never came. I called the office and it was closed. I had to dash out to buy a blow up mattress to sleep on!
I heard nothing until Monday when I received a very brief apology email in response to my complaint. And, finally, a bed! (Which is as ordered.)
I think a call to save me waiting around all day Saturday would have been much more customer friendly than letting me wait.
We ordered a mattress and our delivery was booked in then we had text and email updates from next day mattress also the driver text with number incase we had a problem but he would also ring when half a hour away. Online we had tracking so I could see the drop number and where he was on the map. He called and delivered to my house hall way where I requested it to be placed he took a photo of the mattress to prove delivery. The Delivery company were good along with the next day mattress company, fast efficient and lovely mattress.
Super fast delivery and very polite and friendly delivery driver's. Very easy to purchase online and confirmation of your purchase was fast. Great communicate with delivery times and also received a call when the driver was close. I would definitely recommend 5 star service Thank you.
Whatever you do, not do order from this company. My bed has now failed to be delivered on 4 separate occasions.
On the agreed day the mattress arrived but no bed. On the following day 3 out of the 4 boxes arrived but the last one was missing. On the next day the courier cancelled the delivery and the same on the 4th agreed day.
I have absolutely no faith that my bed will ever arrive and no compensation for having taken 4 days off work has been offered.
The mattress isn't even good.
Great mattress my son loves it and says it's really comfortable. Super quick delivery and superb customer service from the delivery driver really friendly and helpful will definitely purchase from again.
Buying a mattress online is always a risk but in a new world of the coronavirus pandemic I had no choice. What I experienced was far beyond my expectations. Good product, decently priced and excellent service. I wish other online companies could reach this standard in a new reality we now live in.

Ordered a mattress for my 80 year old Mother from this company at 2pm, by 6pm I received an email with the delivery slot for the next day delivery. Arrived on time by a friendly delivery team. My Mum is delighted with the mattress and says it's the best sleep she's had in a long time. If she's happy I'm happy. I will definitely use this company again.
Failed to deliver the mattress within the time frame quoted on website, when they did finally try to deliver it they delivered it to the wrong depot and had to again rearrange. In the end I cancelled it and am still awaiting a refund 2 weeks later.
I ordered an orthopaedic mattress and am very pleased. I ordered on a saturday evening and it was delivered on the Monday. Can't complain at the quick service. Well done to the whole team for getting everything organised in these difficult times due to covid. The mattress is very comfortable. I'm a very satisfied customer..

Matress arrived promptly and was delivered to my front door thanks it seems ok needed quite a bit of airing to get rid of the new smell, not the best support in a matttress for the price if one has health issues like bad back not the one to choose, I have purchased a topper to hopefully help
Bought a mattress for a tenant in a rental property and he said it was so soft we could feel the bed slats through the mattress when he sat down on it. I rang to ask to return the mattress and while they agreed to accept the mattress back, I have to pay for a courier to return an item that isnt fit for purpose. Hardly fair. The lady on customer services simply said ' no offence but-its an entry level mattress, what did you expect?'. Very helpful. I expect it to be better than an IKEA mattress i'd usually buy for £85! Won't be shopping here again.
Delivered on time. Very good mattress and good price. Wasn't expecting it to arrive boxed which was a pleasant surprise as I had to get it in my car.

I received a phone call to arrange a suitable day. I then received a text the day before to remind me, and another text with an approximate time in the morning. Close to the delivery time the driver phoned to give another update, and they turned up exactly midway in the original estimate. The driver lifted the mattress over my doorstep to make life easier for me. The mattress is much softer than I like. However it is for my daughter who likes a soft mattress, and she is really pleased with it!
