We could not be more happy with the urn for our beloved pet, Chloe. Her passing at 16 years old was devastating. I searched online for days before landing with Mainely Urns... They had exactly what I wanted, and it could be personalized. The entire experience was excellent. Customer service was excellent. Amazing job. Very nice. Lost one of our GSD's in 2020. Beautiful urn bought then for him. Lost our other GSD 2 weeks ago. Wanted same urn, they still have it. Online purchase would not allow space for what sentiment we wanted, and I mentioned this in an email. Was contacted by them immediately and they accommodated us. Mainey Urns did an excellent job with our photo and sentiment. Perfect. Would recommend.

I ordered a keepsake urn and an NFL emblem. I was sent the mockup to approve. Then there was a delay due to flooding in Maine. I bought an urn from here 4 years ago when my first cat died. His sister died recently and it was so important to me that they have matching urns. Well the company discontinued it and it was no longer available. After explaining my situation to customer service, I was put on hold while they went far and wide to search their leftover inventory. They found one and arranged the order for me. Was over and beyond and I can't tell you how much I appreciate it.

Sadly this is the fifth time I've had to order from Mainly Urns. Two 14 yo dogs, a 23 and 24 yo cats and a 14 yo Bearded Dragon. After ordering the first time, we were thrilled with the quality of the urn and quick turn around time. I knew I would use them again because of the above and because we want all the urns to match. Every single order was perfect. The only complaint is the urn (a small matching heart, the 3 cu in one, was approx $10 less than the large urn that holds up to a 70 lb doggo. It makes zero sense.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

My overall experience with Mainely Urns is quite comforting. The staff was so pleasant and understanding. I've had time to adjust to the passing of my sister, so my emotions were at bay but still I wanted to make sure I did everything right. The process of ordering, getting the proof and even getting the discount after I forgot to include it with the order went all so well. Thank you. I plan to get that same urn when I pass, as I will be buried right next to her.

The book urn I ordered was exactly as pictured and described- I was so happy when I received it. Even though I also ordered a personalized name plate, the whole order came VERY fast. After a horrific and expensive urn disaster with another online company last year, I've was so stressed about ordering another online but took a chance. So glad I did. Was the easiest thing I have ever ordered on line. At the most difficult time of my life. Mainly Urns were kind, thoughtful and very patient. I know that my husband of 43 years would be as pleased as I was when I received his urn. I am going to order mine for when I go to join my beloved, but he will have to be patient. At a time of grief, I found the website and reminders during the ordering process very helpful in making an informed decision. I order the classic cultured marble urn with engraving and it arrived quickly and will look dignified for the memorial we have planned.

I had a very smooth experience. This manufactured marble urn is sturdy, and you can use it in the ground at a cemetery without an urn vault as it is weight bearing. The faux marble was pretty and we got it in my mom's favorite color - purple. I got the standard shipping and it arrived in three days. It was packed in at least two cardboard boxes, very secure. My mom was a bargain hunter and she would have appreciated us saving $500 by purchasing this.

The urn is a beautiful, well-made piece. The customer service from Kevin was incredible. This company really wants their customers to be happy with their product. The experience I had with them went beyond my expectations!

First, if you need to purchase an urn, I'm so sorry for your loss.
You won't make a "wrong" decision; you can get a different urn down the road and your funeral home should be willing to help you transfer the ashes. So do your best, but get this part done and move on.)

It was a truly difficult task choosing the final resting place for my mother-in-law. We all love her so much and nothing seemed right. Found this and it was still off - The # of words I wrote for her urn was way more than what was allowed and I had my own ideas for the graphics to be engraved. Worked with Dave Townsend and then with Jill and am so thrilled with the results. It was a great bargain and personalized exactly how I wanted it to be. Thank you so much for your awesome service. I called and made the order just before the 4th of July holiday. It came promptly and in the time they had stated. I was very satisfied.
