Got mine out, I think it ran over one day because of some awful weather, the police had to close some roads, due to localised flooding, so that was understandable.

No problems with the delivery, I got one at home and so did my parents, so we're confident they when out. They're definately more reliable than putting them in the papers, more expensive mind you, but I suppose you're paying for a different service.

But on the whole, good work with and overley expensive.

I would recommend them for the distribution they did for us.

This is the second time we used them in a month. We are online retailer, we had a sale in July, they helped us, did a last minute distribution for 15,000 copies leaflets around Manchester. The response was great, we had more visitors compared to last year's event. With another sale coming up, we used them again for a distribution of 15,000 leaflets last week. We are impressed by their efficiency, and truly appreciated their efforts.

We would give 10 out of 5 for the work if possible, and certainly will use them again in the near future.

Placed an order for 10,000 leaflets and it seems they delivered hardly any. Out of 63 villages they delivered to parts of 10 of them (but not the whole villages). Was told at the outset that I would receive listings for all properties that were delivered to now they won't provide them. Obviously, becasue they don't have them. They are very efficient getting the order but don't give a stuff about fulfilling it. We have spot checked the area and leaflets haven't been received. Trying to get them to sort it out is a waste of time. So we wasted money on the actual leaflets and on the distribution. It's put back the launch of our website and messed up our marketing big time. Will have to do the distribution ourselves as we don't trust anyone to do it for us. They are a bunch of fraudulent cowboys. July 2011

Mailbox Nationwide Ltd in my experiance is a very good company to work with, my only complaint would be that they sometimes offer me a delivery slot really quickly, before I've even got my leaflets printed! This can sometime cause me some issues.

I know it's not really a complaint more an observation, but I suppose lots of people have to work to tight schedules and this must be an advantage to them.

I have always found them to be reliable and well priced.

We have contracted this company to deliver 33,000 brochures for a local Arts Festival. We specified the postcode areas which should have given a concentrated coverage. 3 weeks after after the due delivery date we have yet to find one household in receipt of our brochure even though the company insist that all brochures have been delivered! I would be very pleased to hear from anyone who has made high level complaints and/or have commenced legal action so we may plan our course of action.

We paid this company a lot of money to deliver 7500 flyers solos door to door and they have not delivered a single one of them! This was back in mid January 2011.

Were a small business in the local community and did about a thousand ourselves last year and had loads of responses, so for 7500 to have gone out and not get one phone call is simply impossible!

We took it upon ourslves to knock some of the doors and email our existing landlords in the roads where the distribution was meant to take place and included in the report they compiled and not a single person out of 50 houses had seen or recieved our flyer.

The communication with the MD Caroline Pocock is non existant and she is extremley rude and not accomodating in anyway at all, most unhelpful and passed the buck! We are still arguing with this company 3 months later and are awaiting a part refund for our distribution and have now waited 3 weeks for the cheque to arrive.

Not sure what we can do really, have reported them to the Devon Trading Standards.

We have wasted so much of our precious business time and money and have ended up carrying out the distribution ourselves, but we are really behind with our companies marketing due to this so called leaflet distribution company! 1st April 2011.
