Ridiculous tricky upsells before you even get to start your course. You even have to pay an extra $29 before you can receive your certificate via email. AVOID at all cost! Just use other credited traffic schools.
They did not tell the students from the beginning that if the students fail the exam, the students have to pay extra $29.88 to retake the exam. They want to take more money from the students that why they didn't tell the students. They only tell the students after the students submit the exam. Why don't they tell the students before the students take the exam? No honest, no ethic
The payment section was confusing and it kept asking if I wanted to be charged for things I didn't need or want. I just hope the email copy of my certificate arrives in a timely manner. Other than that it was good... absolutely catatonically boring but other than that good.
The material is extensive and informational and the site is easy to maneuver; however, it seems a little overkill for a simple traffic ticket since I've been driving for 60 years... but I did the "crime" so I'll have to put in the time. Lesson learned!
Hi my is Elizabeth Feliciano, I'm 16 years old I purchased another course and they stole my money I only got my money's worth for the drug and alcohol. I'm so glad I came across this, it was a successful and very easy to understand.
They tell you that if you do not pass the exam you can take it again, I missed it by one question and had to pay another $30 to take it again, which was never stated up front. Also, they have ridiculous questions to try and get you to fail, I will be reporting them to the BBB.
This site is a complete scam do not use them. I was charged 4 times more then the course costs. I am still trying to get a refund after being on hold for like 2 hours.
It started out cheep. You never get a good grade, they keep putting more money to retake test. All answers haveto do with numbers and years. What about driving questions? It was easy to use and understand. Ive never done a class like this online and for it being my first time it was a great experience. The information given in the class is very educational and I learned a lot from it. I would recommend this class to everyone taking the driver improvement course. Also the options toget your certificate of completion are fit for everyones needs. I was worried I wouldn't get it in time but they have an option to get it emailed right away. I was put a ease when I seen that. Over all definitely would recommend this class and website to all my family and friends. I know from experience they will be taken care of.

LOWEST PRICE TRAFFIC SCHOOL! This is a scam. DO NOT USE THEM. They sent me a postcard with the highlighted part saying $5.94 (Lowest Price guaranteed!) for a traffic test (I still have the postcard!). Then they charged me $25.89 for the course, $5.95 for audio read-along which I did not ask for, nor used, and another $5.95 for DVM Text Alert for a total of $37.79 which I stupidly paid with a Debit Card. Then in the test they asked me stupid, irrelevant and obsolete questions such as "There were more than___alcohol-related crashes in Florida in 2016, etc. They have just enough obsolete questions that you are primed to fail the test. To retake the test, you have to pay another $29.88 each time. Who memorizes statistics from 2016? I took 2 re-tests and paid for them. I want my money back! This is a RIP-OFF!
Easy to understand and work the site. Very thorough with the information. However some of the chapters were lengthy reading wise, but other than that. No real complaints.
I was able to do it at my home with easy ipen book concept. Each chapter has basic easy questions. The final exam had me learning though. I passed and it gives so many convenient options of means to get the courts notified and get your certificate. Hope to not have to use again but if need be. This is the school i will go with and highly recommend. I even double checked with the clerks office to confirm thatvthey are a credited recognized school. Which they are. Why cant they let you know from the beginning that theyre about to charge you $30 just to have this certificate emailed to you? Lol they tell you after they already charged you $25 just for the class even they advertise $5. Theyre slick. Wouldnt do business with them. Not even about the money, its about how they arent open and honest about prices
More expensive than advertised, really annoying but at least it's not difficult to get through and you can save your spot and return whenever you want
This website was listed on the Florida DMV site for Defensive Driving School so I thought it must be acceptable. They try to get money for EVERYTHING. And they don't tell you that until AFTER they charge your card the initial fee. So it is $5.95 for the class with state processing fees and tax its is about $25. Then to have your certificate emailed they charge $30. Yes, your eyes did not deceive you... $30! Or you can select UPS which is about the same cost as email. Or you can have standard mail which is free but it takes 15-20 business days to get it... which if you were like me, you were only given 60 days to do the class and didn't do it right away. If you need help - $4.95 to talk to someone. They try to charge you to send it to the DMV too! (You can do that yourself by the way) So immediately after the initial purchase I demanded a refund and they ended up giving me the email option for free. But the amount of times they try to push you into buying other stuff is just ridiculous so even after that major service recovery went well, they still only earned one star. Shame on Florida DMV for recommending them.

If you are unlucky enough to have any interaction with the lovely predatory traffic police of the phenomenal United States of America then be prepared to be price-gouged for everything you got. This site will charge you a fair price of $25 to get point forgiveness (because going 9mph or less over the speed limit on a freeway makes you a social delinquent who needs to be put in line, for a fee of course) but after you plug your cc info in will let you know that they forgot to mention the special $40 fee for a freakin EMAIL'd certificate that is required to prove that you took a derpy course that is all about forcibly stealing your time and money and getting away with it because suburban moms think you need to suffer and everyone else is busy going on with their lives!
This website is a SCAM! They tell you its 10 bucks then they charge a $20 fee and you're like "okay thats okay I guess" but then AFTER you pay they tell you that they will not release your cert until you give them ANOTHER $30!
