The site was easy to maneuver through as well as the pages to input the pertinent info. That all made me more comfortable and at ease while waiting for an answer. No hesitation to using them in the future.
The site was a great resource when I lost my dog whom was found the next day, the poster making tool was quick and easy to use, the automated sending of the poster to vets and shelters was very helpful. 4/5 stars, my only issue is that the lostmydoggie.com logo is very large and it distracts from the dog and my own phone number and email address.
We got very lucky and found our small dog. He must have gotten lost in the woods- we have a lot of coyotes, bobcats and other predatory animals and it was a scary couple of days. I also learned of other small dogs in the area that had recently been stolen.
It is so nice to have a professional company that offers advice and support in such a trying time. I hope to never have to utilize their service again, but if I do- I will not hesitate! What a great service- I am very thankful for your help!

Awesome service! Our dog Rufus was dropped off at a vet in the area he went missing and because they had the flyer LostMyDoggie had generated and sent out the vet was able to contact us. The tag on his collar was missing so this was the only way they were able to find us! My husband is a disabled veteran and Rufus is his service dog. His dog is extremely important to his well being. I will definitely spread the word on how helpful this service is!

Our cat Victor, escaped from our house and didn't came back over night. We were sure that coyote grab him, especially cause he is white and very visible at night- and there are so many coyotes in our neighborhood.
Just because we didn't see it happened, we had some faith that our very friendly and charming little guy maybe is alive and safe in somebody else's house.
We placed an add here and in just couple of hours we got a call from our neighbor telling us that they saw Victor in their backyard and took him in because they were scared of coyotes.
He was safe and playing with their pug, thanks to them!
Victor didn't have a colar on so they didn't know where did he came from. We wanted to give them a reward but they refuse it.

I spotted Crockett myself this morning crossing the street behind my house. Then a neighbor, 2 blocks away called and said they spotted him. He was taking refuge in a garage that faced a VERY busy street, and was always left open. I didn't know for sure he was in there, but took food and water to the entrance and quietly started talking and shaking the bowl with his dry food in it. Then, I heard the first meow! Then more and louder meows and then I saw that sweet little face. He came to me, let me pet him and I picked him up and held on tight while I walked to my car, placed him in the carrier and closed it up.
The people at this website were extremely helpful and patient even though I know I had a lot more questions than most people. I was treated professionally, and people even went above and beyond what was necessary to make sure I was pleased with their service.
If my beloved furkid hadn't been found so soon I'm sure I would have received any and all additional help I needed and I would have had a positive result because of them.
I hope I never have to use them again, but if any of my dogs get lost in the future they'll be the first people I'll call after animal control!
