We booked flights to Lincoln, Nebraska from Pittsburgh, PA round trip online. Approximately 30 minutes later, we received a call stating we could not have what we booked as it was "unconfirmed"! In other words, this round trip flight was no longer available unless we paid $300 more! Not only did we have to change round trip flights, but cities and days as well. We have an ill relative near Lincoln, Nebraska and want to fly there not Omaha, Nebraska on different days. The price was exactly the same! We should have received a discount but did NOT! The representative who called was nice, however, he said this was the best he could do. Disappointed with the changes (different city & different travel days at the same price) we need to visit our ill relative.
Had the confirmation almost immediately a little disappointed in the cost to reserve seats. My wife suffers from sickness if there is turbulence. But $280 is too much. We hope that we get close to the front.
Before booking I didn't realize that an up-to-24-hour delay could occur and so became nervous when it was pending after purchasing it and would take up to 24 hours to confirm my flight after I'd given my bank acct info. I called the customer service line and was on hold for 5 minutes and the representative assured me that it took time since it was a reduced rate and to give it 24 hours. My confirmation came through about 16 hours after finishing my transaction and I was relieved.
It's a very good fare compared to other search engines and I'm grateful.
I originally bought 2 ticket online after the fact to pay additional l 200 The company reach out and they gave a partial refund with the travel voucher that had me resolve this situation. I am very satisfied with the service given by the company and will definitely book with them again.

"Special deal popped up with a timer and a phone number to call. Person quoted a much higher rate than was shown in pop-up. Told me fair was unavailable at the price shown in the pop-up. Basically wasted my precious time with my great grandparents."
I received a call from the company claiming the reservation did not include taxes on the tickets. On the invoice, the amount is listed as a "post booking amount." That was not true. They also tried to upgrade to carry on luggage and better seats. Horrible service. I compare it to a shake down. The ticket prices are already inflated, then they threaten to cancel the reservations if I didn't pay.
All personnel involved have been very kind and professional. I am still a little concerned about baggage and seat assignment issues. I have not received confirmation of those. However, pricing and communication has been the best I found.
The customer service rep was very rude and when I asked about my refund and told him I found a strange that something will take 2 to 3 weeks to get back. He said well that is all policy and then went off to be rude and start yelling at me. You are supposed to be a major company major companies take 3 to 5 business days to return your money as I repeated to him on the phone he continuously started to get rude and yell. This will be the first and last time I use a third-party to book anything Very disappointment and they have to do better with a customer reps also and when I ask for a manager, he even got more rude and told me one was not available to call back and they will be available never again will I use a third-party to purchase any thing of any kind?
I booked my ticket and i got an email with my flight details, when I try to check in on line there was no ticket and u they are telling me that they didn't book that flight even with their email saying it's booked and now I can't visit my love ones, they saying the new ticket they can book me on cost over $2000
I booked a flight on 9/20/23. An agent called to report the price had increased by $103. I paid the fee because the flight was needed for the very next day. Within an hour or two I read on the website that you may cancel your flight if the price increased. By 10/11/23 my money was refunded as I decided to cancel the reservation.
Gave number to call but when you do is like you were committing a crime. In the morning spoke to a representative forgot name but he tried to get me all the discount to help my family need more workers like him, he even ask supervisor to get the best discounts and call back when phone kept dropping call because of winter weather and I live near beach

My flight trip never even finalized and then they said they couldn't get those flights for me so since they are the ones that didn't complete flight trip they still charged me a cancellation fee when it was on their end. Not good site to deal with. They contacted me and are trying to resolve this
Easy and agent is very knowledgable when I called to ask questions, he assured everything was fine for purchasing a ticket for my son out of province to arrive home on time with very little identification.

The booking was straightforward. It was a bit excessive to try to charge $75 to change the passenger from "male" to "female." Luckily, the airline easily made that change at no cost.
I was pay an airline ticket with amount 1578$ on the booking website already but after this.someone calling and let me pay more around 20% for tax ( 275$)? Im so surprised What's tax n where tax percent charge hight like this in United States?. Are you guys kidding me?
I would definitely recommend LookByFare! After about 3 weeks of browsing different sites and looking for reasonable airline tickets, by the grace of God I came across this site. I saw some very reasonable prices. I thought they were too good to be true. Even being skeptical I decided to give it a shot. I booked my flight and let me tell you...LOOKBYFARE did not disappoint! Very prompt and great customer service! I will continue to purchase from them in the near future!
I find it quite stressful, after clicking the "Buy Ticket" button, to scroll down the list of add-ons trying to figure out which one(s) are really needed in the event that things don't go as planned...! I imagine it would be less so if I were made of money... I just have to cross my fingers and hope for the best.
Update: After reading my review, a representative from Lookbyfare called to help me understand how the various add-ons work. I really appreciate his time and patience in demystifying this process. I now feel seen, heard and cared for. In the future, I think I will be able to navigate this process with much more ease. I can now honestly say that I would recommend Lookbyfare for online booking.

The customer services tried to scam us by adding a $700 dollar charge on our booking stating the price of the tickets had increased. He refused to cancel the booking, which i chose to do realizing his ill intent. Spent an hour and a half in the phone because he kept refusing to process out claim. This was Saturday Oct 7th at about 5-7 if you want to investigate by "Harry" which is clearly a fake name.
