Very hard to get anyone on the phone. At one point none of the phones worked. They want you to call long distance and spend a lot of money waiting for them to answer. Takes a long to get your item.
My review on this business is they are a pice of $#*! because they tell you one thing and it never shows up. What place doesn't have a manager at a store. Also they are one big $#*! liers. This store needs to be shut down and never be open again. I recommended no one buys from here you will be ripped off.
Didnt like the fit of the dress... but when i looked up the return policy and saw the hassle id have to go through for a 'maybe/partial' refund... im left feeling stuck with it :(
I am normally between a size extra small and medium for bathing suits depending on the company. I ordered a small in the plain, all black, one piece bathing suit. When it came in the mail I tried it on, and couldn't even get it fully onto my body. It's like it's sized for a child, SO tiny.
The product page said the model was wearing a size small and there is no way that is accurate if it was the same product.
Won't be ordering another one, as I don't want to keep wasting my money on things that don't fit.
They look as good as pictured, hoping the wife will love them as much as I do!

Overall loved my shoes fit to size I was nervous at first because I never order shoes online but they turned out just right! Shipping took a week but not too long of a wait.
I ordered a pair of boots from LolliCouture and, although I was a bit worried because I had never really heard of the site, I was very satisfied with my experience! The boots are great and are good quality. They fit true to size and look as expected based on the photos. Love them!
If there were a wider selection of sizes I would give this site a 5 star rating.
If there was a option to give this company a 0, I absolutely would! I first want to start off by making it very clear that I had ordered my items on March 26th and specifically ordered it 3 weeks in advance so I could have everything delivered and ready for me to wear by Friday April 15th. I spoke with one of the customer service representatives over the phone on 4/11/16 and explained to her how I emailed Lolli Coutures Support Department and never received a response regarding my item that was cancelled. As an online customer, it's already hard enough having to trust ordering any clothing from a website rather than purchase it in store, and the experience I've had so far is making me feel strongly about never wanting to order any clothing from this company again. When I spoke to the customer service representative she explained to me that my item wasn't sent because your company no longer had it in stock. Normally any other clothing business would have sent me an email to inform me about the problem. But because this idiotic company did not, the rep explained to me that if I would like it in a different color then she could arrange to have it exchanged and as a courtesy would make sure it was delivered by Thursday April 14th. The rep was very kind, but I still can't understand why no one tried to contact me with that obviously simple solution rather than have me pay for an item that I never received. I then got a email yesterday saying that my order is back ordered and should come between 7-10 business days... So long story short after spending another whole day trying to get a hold of someone, it turns out everyone over the phone completely lied to me and I will not be receiving it on time. Now I'll have to pay for shipping to get my my money back. And I'm very upset with how much of a hassle this was. Trust me, DO NOT BUT FROM THIS PLACE. Not worth the problems you'll most likely get out of it. Someone seriously needs to talk to whoever is managing this business,

Please do not buy here, shipping is extremely expensive and they use the slowest service, they took more than a week to ship my order, my package came all squash to save in shipping costs, shoes without boxes, I've asked for a refund and they want to give me a store credit, this business is a joke!
I sent an email about the awful service I received. I was contacted about my order number but nothing more. My shipping fee still has not been returned after paying for two day shipping and receiving my items 6 days later. I was hung up on and treated very rude from a supervisor. I'm so glad I was selected for a survey. I would never shop here again your company is awful.
My order was wrong I ordered 4 dresses only received 3 of which one I did not order and they will not answer cs phone and they have my MONEY!
I'm very upset because I ordered an x-large bathing suit and the top is fine but the bottoms must be an extra small
I called about the free shipping on items above $50 but I somehow didn't get it right, every tin I try to purchase items above $50, I'm still asked for shipping charges.

Shipping takes way to long. Probably wont order again. As of today I still havent received my package as a matter of fact website saying it's still processing but I thought shipping was 3-7 business. Even if the product itself is good because of the long shipping time could keep a customer from returning to shop with you all
The shoes themselves look fantastic! I'm not used to wearing sandals, so they're a little uncomfortable for me--but still comfortable as sandals go. However, the shipping cost was REALLY high to get them here. The product itself is awesome though!
My swim suit top did not fit it was too small for my bust. Its kinda disappointing.
