I'm a first time customer and I really liked their styles and prices. I placed an order on wed and it's Friday now and haven't received a confirmation email yet so I called the company to see if my order was placed and they said since swimsuits are special order, it'll take a couple more days for the order to be processed and they just received a shipment today and I'll be receiving points to my account once it's processed. I'll give it until Monday to see if there's any progress to give another review. I hope all goes well because I will be a returning customer!

I can't really describe my experience because I ordered a few days ago & still haven't got my confirmation email, so not sure if I'm even going to get my order. When and if I do then I'll subscribe again :)
Received my shipment very fast! The swimsuits run TINY and totally don't fit but the company's customer service was great.
I placed an order with a 2 day shipping request. My order was placed on hold for 2 days with no communication. When I called customer service they couldn't confirm if my items had shipped or not. It basically made the $30 I spent on 2nd Day Air a waste because I was not able to get my items in 2 days, or even 5 for that matter. With all the info that they require for an account (address, telephone #, email...) They sure don't use it!
I love all my new shoes and clothing... sizes are true to fit!
I am very upset wit this company I did not receive my product on time on the website they did not say the item was back ordered and it was so I haven't received it and I cancelled it because I needed it for an event. Also the second product I ordered was torn. I have requested my money back and still have t received it.
The prices are very affordable, I didn't go over my budget, can't wait til the items arrive to see if the quality matches the price. However, I do think the shipping is a lil costly, for the price of the shipping it should arrive within 3 to5 business days.
Ok. Experience for me this time. A little disappointed that my order is holding no confirmation emailed. Not in spam folder. I just want my clothes. You have the money
My order has shipped out as yet so i can't say much. But I can say great prices.
The prices are very reasonable and the products come in various colors. The process of ordering was very simple.

I ordered 7 pairs of sandals for myself, mother and sister. We used the 55% off all regular price items. We had to devide the bill among each other. To realized that it was an additional $10 added to the bill. We took the price of each item(regular price and multiply it by 55% and subtracted it from the price. I don't understand why $10 was added to to bill

Every time I call in I always receive great service. The female representative is always really helpful. She ALWAYS makes me feel very appreciated, she actually knows me by name when I call in and already know what I'm calling about most of the time. I always ask to speak with her. I definitely recommend lollicouture!
UPDATE:
I placed my 2nd order on May 27,2015, sent an email immediately to obtain an ETA for delivery. The company replied the very next day with tracking info to show the item was in process to be shipped. Today is June 1,2015 I came home this evening and found the package in my mailbox. I'm Amazed... I have the item I ordered already and I LOVE my dress! I ordered the exact same dress I ordered before but in an different color, wish I 'd ordered a m instead of the large. Anywho I will work it because the PRICE is really good. Unlike my 1st experience, I have peace of mind now and will order with confidence from Lollicouture going forward. Thanks for stepping up Lollicouture!

I appreciated cheap clothing-- but my main concern was whether these clothes are shipped from china taking 3 weeks-- or united states--- when i saw the high shipping rates even for standard shipping--- i made this first and last purchase---too many other clothing choices with better faster shipping
