I believe the price was lowest on the web. The delivery was on time and the packaging was excellent with no shipping damage. The tubes have not been installed yet but GE makes good fluorescent tubes.
As the original home tubes burn out these will be used. They are a warmer color so the tubes will be changed in pairs and the color difference should not be an issue.
All in all an excellent on line shopping experience and LightUp will be my first stop for any lighting needs in the future. Well done!

No way to cancel order on website. Tried to cancel order 5 minutes after placing. Nobody answered phone on Monday July 3. I sent multiple emails they never responded. Finally got human on July 5 - order had not shipped yet but they still said they could not. I asked why and finally they said they would send a message to factory not to ship. After all that they delivered canceled product a week later.

Package arrived broken, I called and called customer support with no answer. I emailed and asked how to proceed with a very vague response. I left a voicemail to ask what the procedure is to get the light replaced and told them how frustrated I was, someone called me within the day. Finally got a plan to replace the light, waiting on replacement now hoping the light doesn't get broken during shipping again.

I have 26 4ft fluorescent fixtures between my barn, garage, and basement. Several of those were completely burnt out. The LED bulb 20pack at $2 a bulb were listed as "warm bright" 3500k and I was a little leery of them not being "white" enough but they are sure bright enough to not care if they're blindingly white.
Great, so far, Iwas kept informed of items location and arrival time, they came earlier than expected, which was great. The product was great the price for the product was exceptional and of great value and I will surely order from this company again with out a doubt.

Very excited to report that we got 10 ballasts from LightUp and we are very satisfied with this purchase. The price was very affordable and they shipped it very fast. We are looking forward to get few more!
I placed an order for some LED lights to replace our 4 ft T8's and it was just so easy to find exactly what I needed. The order shipped quickly and arrived on time. It was packed in a way that the lights wouldn't break. 5 stars all the way.
I will order from LightUp again. There are other items I need including 4' LED tubes to replace many fluorescent ones.

I ordered 50 Bulbs and was charged via PayPal. After not hearing anything for 2 weeks I inquired by email as to the status of my order. I received a reply indicating that the bulbs were "discontinued" and they only had 15 bulbs and did I wish them. I responded and asked how long would it would take to ship... they never replied.
Finally I called and was subjected to recorded ads while waiting for 15 minutes to demand a refund. BTW the bulbs I was told that were "discontinued" are 65w BR30 LED which are available everywhere. My experience withLightup.com was not illuminating!
You had just what I was looking for at the best price I have found with free shipping. I had the old lights with ballasts and they were always giving me trouble in my work shop. These LEDS are just what I was looking for.

Shipment required an "appointment" and I tried to set it up twice by online chat and three times by phone, and the first two dates came and went and the item did not show. The third time I was told that the apointments are made with the expectation that they would have it in stock but if they don't the appointment is canceled. But when it was canceled I was not notified. And I don't understand why I need to make an appointment, just deliver it. And when it comes into stock, just deliver it. The system used to schedule without tying to physical existing inventory is stupid.

We asked to get a quote for the roof line and some small trees. After the installation, we were stunned that ONLY the front edge of house (not sides) was done. When we inquired about why the rest of the roof wasn't done, they said this was called "RIDGE" line", not "ROOF" line. Unless you are in the roofing business, I'm not sure how you would know to ask for this?! The company claimed the picture attached to the quote showed where the lights would be. The picture just showed a light-yellow line that extended several inches beyond the house... clearly lights couldn't go where the line was placed but we didn't think much of it because the quote clearly said roof line. Even if this meant only the edge of the house, why wouldn't the sides of the house be included? Just be sure to use RIDGE LINE if you want more than just the front edge of your house.
The installed lights looked good, but wow, we paid three times the amount quoted!
