Awesome. Whoever cut the holes in the slope bead board ceiling did poor job There were gaps around the old ring The new goof rings hid the mistakes.

Ordered some lights, one was bad i wanted to exchange, but dont answer e-mails, don't answer the phone. They tell you to leave a message, i left 3 of them, but they never call you back, not worth it. Buy at a better company.

Everything was great: delivery time and quality of the product. When I opened up the box the recessed light were shipped in, I received both light that the boxes had some damage but not the shipping box. That tells me that whoever packed these recessed lights for shipment packed damaged boxes. This really should not happen because I am sure no-one would but something if the packaging of that item was damaged unless the price was discounted. The recessed lights themselves were not damaged and the one I installed work fine.

The item was very competitively priced and the delivery was super fast.

Ordered tubes and fixtures on July 30th, full credit card charge on Aug 1st, partial delivery after a week. Called and received another partial shipment soon after. Called again. Main part of order back ordered to mid October. Canceled remaining order. Hope credit card is actually refunded. Staff was pleasant but it is clear that Lightup has no stock and fills orders as stuff dribbles in to their warehouse. Should have checked on line reviews first. Shop elsewhere

Product was universal led tubes that work with or without a ballast. In addition the color was easily adjustable. Therefore the tubes can be used in a variety of locations.

Returned the light, but was not sure if it was the contacts or the bulb. You replaced the light and I still had the same issue which was light worked OK for a couple days then would go dim. You sent a new bulb and that appears to have solved the problem. Thanks!

I have to be fully honest and transparent here; I never thought I would have such a pleasant experience buying some light bulbs! Wow, normally I would go to a big box store and have to deal with mopey retail workers who are butthurt about the choices that landed them in their positions but not with Light Up! On top of that, the price I paid was VERY handsome, especially when compared to the jacked up, predatory pricing of those orange and blue box stores. In an age of massive inflation and dirt service, LightUp served as a shining beacon of hope for humanity by providing excellently priced, quality goods that shipped quickly and arrived in excellent condition. Thanks, LightUp! In the words of the famous Terminator, "I'll be back."

I paid extra for the faster shipping and it still only came through as the original date for free shipping. It gave a notice that it would be slower delivery after making the purchase. It should have gave notice before making the purchase of faster shipping. Disappointed with that and am still waiting for a response back

My order shipped very quickly, and no surprises. I came here after an attempted order with the big online light bulb retailer with a number in their name. They told me 2 DAYS after ordering that 3/5 of the "In Stock" products I ordered were actually backordered and wouldn't ship for weeks. I came to LightUp and found the same products at a similar price. They shipped the next day. Will be shopping here again.

Excellent experience. Well packaged. 4 bulbs appear to be intact. Not yet installed. Fixture will need to be rewired for retrofit. Looks like excellent product. Called to add to order but order had already gone to warehouse. Recommended new order for more product. Thanks for good service.

I've been replacing high-bay lights in the warehouse. I get high bay lights with motion sensors for less than anyplace else sells just the lights.

I received my lights but ordered the wrong color. Outside of that I received an unusual email from someone telling me I couldn't purchase the aforementioned items because they were not able to be bought unless it was a wholesale purchase. She also had my order information wrong and when I replied to her email about this shortly after I received an email saying that the items eventually shipped. It was fine after that.

Ordered some for our workshop and it was easy to remove the ballists in our old light fixtures and wire in the led bulbs. We like them so much that we will be placing another order for more of the same. They are nice and bright and exactly what we needed.

Very nice product, easy to install although the hose clamps included are too large for my flag pole, it has a very nice bright light that envelops the pole and flags

Received the bulbs. All but one worked. Will have to order more in order to have spares.
