J'ai effectué de nombreuses commandes de produits de qualité, un service de logistique de transport de marchandises exceptionnelles. Un service après-vente qui ne vous laisse pas sur le bas côté du chemin, ou à l'abandon, toujours réactifs, très aimables, super compétents (es) pour trouver des solutions. J'ai toujours aimé cette grande boutique commerciale, beaucoup de choix, des prix compétitifs, un sens aiguisé du relationnel parfait.

Good delivery, although a bit slow. Some clothing items are perfect, others are too small for their mentioned size and some items are way too big for the size. Weird. There really should be more regularity in sizes. Good thing items are not very expensive, because approx half of what I buy I give away because of size not being correct.
So pleased with this purchase. Excellent fit and quality. Definitely recommend.
I bought a 3-piece suit and it arrived in the estimated time. The colour was a little more dull than expected from the pictures but totally acceptable. The quality is nice for the price I paid, and the sizes correspond with the size chart. Would probably buy here again.
I am very satisfied with two of my items but I still put five stars because those two were 150% fantastic and THE one was not as good as the rest. I will get more things again. From France.

I do not like when I am dictated how long my review must be.
Ordering was easy although shipping id a bit slow. The cargo pants i ordered where a true fit. Nice design too!
Shoes of the size recommended by the firm do not correspond to the actual size. Impossible to negotiate a reasonable exchange. I even wonder if there was an error in the labeling of the shoes.

The shirt that I received (for a wedding) was a different uglier colour and the material was cheap and thick (see attached product that I received) - nothing like the photo and description of the advert (see attached pic). Even the company's returns policy is fake. On requesting a return I was offered 30% of the 30 euros that I have wasted on this inferior product. After many weeks I am still fighting for a full 100% refund. I had to buy a shirt from another company for the wedding as I cannot trust this company. LightinTheBox is a total rip off and a nightmare to deal with. Avoid like the plague!

Foi a primeiro vez que comprei na LightInTheBox, o meu Pacote demorou muito pra ser entregue, chegou bem fora do tempo estimado, precisei pagar Taxa Extra de Alfândega o que foi horrível, mas depois devolveram...Gostaria de comprar mais vezes no Site, mas tenho muito medo de perder dinheiro, a Shein é mais confiável!
Depois de muito cobrar o Pacote chegou, as calças são ótimas, o meu Filho adorou, são bem quentinhas no Inverno ele vai usar muito! Confesso que gostaria de comprar uma jaqueta pra ele, tbm forrada, mas tenho medo!
Despite I am a goldmember, I find myself unable to use my membership because LITB no longer ships to Denmark.
Was otherwise satisfied with my orders.
But very annoyed that I did not get notified that this service is no longer provided in Denmark.
So shopper from Denmark, do not prepay for a membership. Because despite what it says on the website.

Non tutto e possibile aquistatre molti prodotti non possono essere aquistati in svizzera
One of the items I ordered did not match the description of size and was to big, another a pair of shoes just did not fit very well. When I registered a return, I had to take pictures to show that the description did not match the actual size, that is doable for a dress, but not for a pair of shoes.
I was able to take pictures of the dress and return was accepted for this, but not for the shoes. BUT they give a credit to the store instead of returning the actual money to my credit card. I have asked to get the money back to my credit card, with no luck so far. Really poor customer service!
