I purchased a highly desired large and expensive holiday fixture and it arrived in an open torned box which I reported on December 12. There were no instructions included and the brackets/ fasteners to attach the stand to fixture were missing. Customer service told me to contact FedEx to make a claim and FedEx told me claims must be filed by shipper. I followed up with Lightblubs.com for a return as the stand could not be attacked to the fixture. I never opened the bag of bulbs or installed them nor did I remove the zip ties from the fixture. It was too late to receive a replacement to enjoy for the current holiday season and the warranty was limited 1 year. It took customer service almost 30 days to finally respond and send me a FedEx return label on January 11 and Lightblubs.com deducted $41 for the cost of the return shipment. Customer service responses are limited to email communications and often they do not respond timely. The cost of the return shipment should not have been my responsibility as the box was missing an items to attach the bracket to the base as I recently confirmed with a neighbor whose sister-in-law has the same item.

Ordered my bulbs and they were not in stock. Lightbulbs continued to keep me abreast of the status of my shipment and when they would become available. I was in need of these particular bulbs and did not mind the wait. Received my bulbs in excellent condition. Will order from them again.

We made an order using LightBulbs.com from Italy. We had a wonderful experience, hoping to have more and more opportunities to continue business like this also in the future.

Needed a very specialized $7 oven bulb, these guys had it. While it was not two-day delivery, they were up front with the ship and delivery time, and then exceeded their estimate and delivered earlier! Plus their cost was 1/3 the cost of the two-day people. Would definitely use these guys again.

I was looking for LED floodlights that were lower wattage, and was pleased to find them online because they were not available in local stores such as Home Depot.

I ordered some car bulbs and the package was returned to lightbulbs.com as undeliverable. I contacted them when I tried tracking the order and they replied instantly. They acknowledged the incident and sent a replacement immediately. The second shipment of lightbulbs arrived quickly and in perfect shape. I will be ordering from them again!

I love everything I've gotten and I would do it all over again. Highly recommend to any one who needs to save some money... and who doesn't!?!

I needed a bulb for my grandparents slide projector from the 1950s so I could make copies of the slides from my childhood. I searched the internet for a reasonable priced replacement and found just what I needed at LightBulbs.com. The product was shipped and delivered in a reasonable amount for time.

Our local electrical utility offered a Honeywell thermostat at a very reduced price which LightBulbs.com fulfilled. It appears the unit was in high demand and it took a while for LightBulbs.com to receive inventory to ship. Once shipped, the product arrived quickly.

I'll look at their site for additional products as a need arises, but overall happy with the order experience.

Needed a replacement circular double florescent light bulb assembly for bathroom vanity alcove ceiling light fixture. Lightbulb.com had what I needed. The replacement bulb was slightly different that the original (which was obsoleted), but I was able to easily adjust things so it fit without issue.

Good work product delivered as promised I'm satisfied with this experience and will definitely order again

They're holding onto my $48 for two weeks now because they sold something they don't act have in stock.

Great deal and they work wonderfully. It will be interesting to see how they improve our electric bill.
