First of all, I love the LED Birch Twig lights! Just the right amount of soft/warm lighting for great ambiance. I had a shipping issue (not their problem) and customer service immediately rectified the problem swiftly and professionally. I highly recommend this company and I will be a forever customer!

…or should I say, a lamp saver. I searched high and low for a wide based three way bulb for my antique floor lamp and finally found it on lightbulb.com. What a great resource! Easy to order and although my order was a bit delayed, they kept me informed until the product arrived. Very happy with my purchase and their service.

They had a problem with availability of my order and called me, offered me a similar but much cheaper lightbulb. It arrived quickly and they issued me a refund for the difference. Very Very Nice!

They are the only place I could find CFL light globes, so even though the order was delayed considerably, it was worth the wait. And I didn't need them immediately. They kept me updated on the delay and approximate delivery date. Their products are always top quality and I will continue to order from them.

I ran out of tinsel with my tree half-decorated. I didn't know what to do when I couldn't find tinsel in the store. It seems that tinsel is not very fashionable these days, so it's near impossible to replace. I searched online and found tinsel at 'lightbulbs.com.'
