Bought this for my daughter who is expecting her first daughter in October. The quality, the varying textures, the design and the overall look is perfect! I wish there were more pieces to the ensemble.

Customer service was via email and you 1-4 day shipping that is merely at your convinience sucks. I placed my order on a Tuesday and Thursday I got an email saying it had shipped which was a lie it hadnt even left your facility in California and ive still yet to get it... I hope the product is worth all the headache and drama it's given us.

I am very concerned that I cannot find any info on the safety standards of the materials used in their products. I would like to know if they meet safety standards on chemical content before ordering anything. They are cute, but it is not worth my child's health for cute... I want to ensure that the materials used are safe. Do their products carry the Oeko-Tex label?

The original delivery date for my order was supposed to be today, Wednesday the 30th, but I noticed the package was never given to the shipping company UNTIL this morning. Now it won't be here until some time next week. Not great with timing.

I received a different item than what was ordered. Packing slip showed the correct item ordered, but I received a totally different item. Now I am waiting on a response from their customer service on how to get what I actually ordered. I hope they follow-up soon.

I am very pleased with my baby set that I bought from Levtex. The pieces are beautiful and they have very good quality. I received the wrong wall decal and they replaced immediately for the correct one. Also very good customer service. I will definitely buy again from them and recommend to friends.

The lamp was out of stock for a while. Levtex was always so responsive when I inquired about the status of it being in stock, and quickly shipped the lamp when I placed my order! I couldn't be happier!

I purchased set of 5 pieces and it comes with decorative sticker, unfortunately the sticker is not strong enough and despite of I spent an hour to stick it, it sticked back. I would like to get complimentary instead of sticker and I can return sticker back!
