I ordered lenses for a Viture VR glasses insert in January, and am still waiting in April! Lensable keeps telling me that the frame isn't available right now, the frame is $13 next day delivery on Amazon, total BS.
You guys sold me frames that you didn't have in stock, I payed for for expedite shipping literally for nothing. When buying the frames I got offered to add RX lenses, I passed on it, later on, and few days later, I decided to move forward with lenses and return the frames for the service that you offer for lenses to my surprise you guys decided that the frames that I bought from YOU and offered lenses for, were not elegible for your service. After sent you an email someone said they will do it. Days later a different person email me saying you guys couldn't do it. Still took my money for shipping. Everytime In social media in a group for Ray Ban Meta, if someone mentions you company, literally had a bad experience like mine, and if someone mentions your company as an option to get your services I basically tell them my experience making sure they don't have a similar experience like mine.
They're supposed to send you contacts every 90 days and its AWLAYS late. Literally you don't get what you pay for or what they advertise. And to be honest... many of these positive reviews are ABSOLUTELY generated by AI. Simple sentences which say the same thing over and over. Go to trustpilot, go to Reddit, everyone including myself hates this company. Avoid at all costs.
I was not told that the glasses will have lettering on the glass before ordering. I want a full refund.
I looked at the raving reviews for Lensabl and decided to send in my favorite pair of sunglasses to get prescription lenses. The lenses were just a dark, basic black. Non-polarized, easy enough. I paid to have the custom color to match my old lenses since I didn't want a change in the color at all. I got back my glasses ruined. The lenses look like tinted glasses? Not dark at all. No protection from the sun when you're outside. They're also this odd blue, grey color. Lensabl does not offer refunds so I am now out the money on the original sunglasses, out the money for the prescription lenses, and had to pay to reorder my original sunglasses since the new ones were unwearable. PLEASE save your money and do not order from this company since they are unwilling to refund when glasses are ruined.
Lensable charged hundreds of dollars and cannot even provide usable lens after remaking the order. I really liked my Oakley clubface frames model OX3102, so I then ordered the same prescription at GlassesUSA.com with immediate excellent success. It is clear lensable does not have the expertise to provide a quality product. Even after re-making the order.
Lenable offered to make the SAME order AGAIN for $151.50, which INCLUDED a 25% discount. How many of you reading this, believe lensable would have magically made this right the THIRD Time? I had already paid over $200 plus lost TWO MONTHS as it took three weeks the First Time from 1/1/2025 to late January and THEN the SECOND lens was received 2/25/2025! I lost hundreds of dollars at lensable and yes I will never order from lensable again.
When I placed my replacement lens order, I appreciated having the option of Lensabl sending me a shipping box. When my order was completed, my new lenses and frames arrived beautifully packaged in a new eyeglass case, along with a cleaning cloth and spray. Overall, an excellent experience and service. Progressive sunglass lenses way off and the remake was equally off. I suspect the lens prescription simply won't work with the size/shape of the lens that fits the frame. Not sure where to go from here.
Lensabl offered me the services I needed when my prescription changed. I love my frames I had and really didn't have the money for new frames of the same designer. My local Optometrist was able to swap my lenses out but it would cost over $100 to do that. 😔 Lensabl were not only able to swap my lenses out at half the cost but also shipping was free and I received my glasses in a nice new case with cleaning solution provided! What a great deal! Thank you Lensabl!
Fast sending and delivery time, gave me my old lenses and a new protective case with lense cleaner and cloth. They tightened my glasses and they are so perfect with the new lenses I specifically asked for. I definitely would go through them again!
Overall, it took 2 weeks from shipping to receiving my glasses back. So far the new len's seem pretty nice and of good quality. I think it was about $75 less than what my local eyecare place was offering for lens replacement. No issues at all throughout the process.
My husband and I are headed off to our honeymoon and a few years ago I lost my favorite pair of glasses so I was hoping to get a prescription pair for this trip. Ordering was incredibly easy and even tho there was a hiccup with the production I still received perfect sunnies and I cannot wait to wear them all the time
Overall great experience! The new lenses are great, they were shipped in a nice case. Customer service was responsive. Would give 5* if the shipping process was faster. Took over a month to get my glasses back
I am pleased with the final product. For some reason it was held up and had to be processed a second time. The website did not track any of the work on the order so that was frustrating, not knowing where it was in the process until it shipped.
I ordered my lenses online, but had to email for the box in order to have my frames shipped to them and they could be outfit with the lens. Other than that was an easy process and glasses met my expectations.

I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
