Didn't cancel the service immediately as requested. Only needed the one document. If you can't provide written proof of cancellation (it's done over the phone), they continue to charge until you catch them. Would not provide any refund without an email from client stating that you are accepting this in full and would not require any other refunds for the many months they charged beyond the cancellation. Requested to speak to a supervisor who was actually worse than the customer service representative. Thanks for nothing "John."

Downloaded bylaws template in Word. Looks very well done. Drafting notes and some options might be helpful. For example, Connecticut requires at least one director to be a resident. That kind of thing might be good to cover.

Don't like to waste time. I hope you will make it easier without so much hassle of reviewing to 50 words. I don't think you like it when encountered by another website of services. If the have made it free and easy by several AI's, it would be too much backward by slowing down people as it was years ago. Come on! Enough.

Juan was outstanding. I clicked on the chat. I was upset because the template causes me to use a credit card and I do not have any kind of card to use for these things. Juan was very polite the entire conversation and even took the time to email me a blank copy of the Lease Agreement in which I needed ASAP! He even made sure that I checked my email so he knew if I received it! Thank you Juan and again sorry for snapping at you! (I hope that you get to see this too!)
Should be based on use and not a subscription you need to remember to cancel. I think this type of arrangement should be an option as well as single use payment.

It's not what I needed or anticipated, but it seems to be a decent product for those who need legal templates. I'd have to do too much editing to adapt it to my needs and state location.
