I used their services for a trial period, I a=was out of the country when I paced a cancellation prior to the billing period.
The cancellation did not take, therefore upon speaking with Charles in the customer relations dept. he kindly resolved the issue with promise of a full refund of the 2 billing periods of 39.95 per month for a total refund amount of 79.90.
I am still awaiting that refund once received I will give this site and it's customer service dept. full 5 star rating.

I found Legal Templates to be very helpful. My favorite part about it is being able to customize the forms. By simply entering the information needed, the site generated the form tailored to suit my needs. I only used the site once and signed up for the trial; however, I was charged a fee because I did not cancel prior to the trial end date. Benjamin C. Helped me to obtain a refund with no problem. He was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend using this site if you need forms and/or contracts for business or personal use.

I signed up for a free trial when I thought I would need a template for a short term rental agreement for a condo I was renting. Unfortunately, the renter ended up cancelling, so I didn't need the agreement and wasn't going to be making the money I thought I would. However, being a busy mom of two under two, I let the deadline to cancel before I would be charged slip by (I was thinking I had 30 days, but it was only 14). Admittedly, this was my mistake, but when I explained the situation to Danny (the customer service rep I dealt with), he turned what I feared what going to be a bad experience into a great one and they are refunding the fee that I was charged. I've dealt with so many companies lately where my contacts with customer service did not go well, that this experience truly made my day a little brighter.

The only think I would suggest they could improve upon would be giving an email warning when the free trial is expiring and also sending an email receipt when you are charged. I cancelled my subscription and then happened to log into my credit card and see the charge, but if I didn't check my bill, I would not have known.

I recently used legal templates to create NDA's. I only needed them for this one-off project, so I wrote down in my calendar that I had to cancel the free trail before it was over so I would not get charged. I forgot to cancel, and noticed a charge on my card. They do not send you an email notifying that the free trial expired. I called customer service and said that I meant to cancel it before my free trial was over, and I asked if they could refund me. They did not hesitate to refund me and the process was simple. Juan processed my refund within a minute of my asking. You have to notice the charge and ask for a refund in order for it to be smooth. I was very pleased with my experience with LegalTemplates, because their product is excellent and their customer service is accommodating.

I used LegalTemplates.com for the 14-day free trial but completely forgot that I had signed up because we had some family issues happen during that time. I realized once my bank account had been charged the subscription fee of nearly forty dollars and quickly contact their customer service dept. for a refund. I did not have to wait on hold, which was nice, and spoke to Benjamin who was very helpful. He cancelled my subscription and began the process of refunding the charge on my bank account. I would have given 5 stars; however, how quickly the subscription charge was refunded depended upon me giving this review - shortening the refund time from 15 business days to approximately 3 - which is frustrating and feels a little as though I'm being forced to do something I would not have otherwise done. Hopefully, my money is refunded quickly and my subscription is successfully cancelled; otherwise I will be leaving a much different review on sitejabber and anywhere else I am able.

I wanted to test out a few different legal document services for my first lease. I just bought my first house and was short on cash as it was so the free trial was a great way to set up my first lease for a friend. When it slipped my mind and I forgot to cancel, I thought for sure I'd lost out on $40 (means a lot in your 20's!) Benjamin was super helpful and saved the day. I will definately be returning here for all future document needs. A+ customer service attitude
