While most other so called "free" come with strings attached, this is quite free. But, of course, for legal documents, you should have a sound knowledge of English (better still legalese); and then u r all set.
Quite simple. Includes many things an ordinary person might not consider. Available for any state. Customizable and very easy. Took maybe 20 minutes to complete the document. Given a choice as whether a Word or PDF document. Nice feature.
Wonderful at responding to my refund request, I didn't have to axiously check my email constantly hoping they would respond. Charles responded quickly, even on a major holiday weekend. Very professional and helpful. Thank you
I created an account with LegalTemplates in October of 2019. I signed up for the trial account and cancelled a few days later. I received no notification email confirming my signup and subsequent cancellation of the service. Fast forward to July and I notice my credit card has been billed each month since October(9 times total). Not once did I receive a an email or notification about any of the monthly charges. I believe the lack of notification alone is a violation of California's Auto Renewal Law(SB 313). I contacted the company directly regarding this matter. They said they could"refund 3 of the 9 payments and that was all their accounting system could do". At this point their refund offer/excuse is unacceptable. Based on the many similar complaints I'm seeing, it's clear that LegalTemplates has a business model that's based primarily on continuity billing profits.
I've been using website for a while now and I'm genuinely impressed! The user interface is sleek and intuitive, making navigation a breeze. Features that once seemed complex on other platforms are simplified and more accessible here. The performance is smooth, and the loading times are minimal, which is a huge plus in today's fast-paced digital age.

I was asked to draft a memorandum of understanding, and I was frantically scouring the web, when I stumbled upon this website. My efforts in the last 20 minutes felt like they were dwarfed because even if I put in an hr or more, I'd prolly do only 70% of what the templates here helped me draft.

We signed up for the free 7 day trial. Decided we did not need the service and promptly cancelled. While the site acknowledged that the subscription was cancelled, they have continued to bill monthly.
Their rep I got on the phone (Chris A) was completely useless and unwilling to solve the problem. The manager he connected me with (Andy A) was also unwilling to assist.
We never used their service. If they have any integrity they would refund what they have charged.
If you have a choice, I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Although I do not agree with not answering phone calls as I work in the call center industry, I must admit that John's gutsy use of humor did make me chuckle. I will also state that John called me directly on the following business day as I requested and emailed me this morning with the just outcome. I think this could have all been avoided with a system generated email reminder of an upcoming charge. I don't like to let "Cybil" out but will when I feel it's necessary. There John show that to the ladies. LOL! I do think 10 to 20 is a bit much but I understand workloads and I am sure those poor women have more than their fair share. I did appreciate the document, it did come in handy and was very easy to create I might add

As a pet sitter, I quickly am learning that clients will treat me better if there's a clear, concise, simple agreement in front of them. This site has a good amount of very simple templates that will work in a multitude of instances! Now, I actually WANT to dig in further, so I can consider how a light piece of paper or two can protect us all (both parties, really)!

This site has been helpful in giving insight into various types of agreements and it really helps in guiding how to go about drafting an agreeemnt when one does not have an idea where to start. That makes it worthwhile.
I purchased a template, then they continued to bill me a monthly fee of $39.99. It me 3 months before I realized it (which is my oversight), however, they refused to reimburse me, even, though I had not used their service during that time.
If you are going to use this one time, only purchasing a template, shop elsewhere, they are not ethical in their billing practices.

The LegalTemplates offered not only template (specifically MoU), but an advise what should be included in the template (not to be forgotten) as well as the difference between similar documents (MoU vs LoI).

Very simple process but the review process is annoying. Please somplify!
I would recommend this website to friends and family in the future. It's much easier than engaging a lawyer and certainly less time consuming.
Go look at every single review. Notice how every single person that reviewed also reviewed only one other business and they did so on the same exact day to make their accounts look more legit and boost another company at the same time! This company wouldn't let me cancel and charged my card two months in a row without my permission and after I had asked to cancel. That's why they have to buy all these fake 5 star reviews. What a joke!
Somehow my original cancellation didn't register, but I reached out to customer service and Danny took care of it right away! Because of this interaction I plan to officially sign up as soon as my new company is in need of a template!
