Right out of the box the halo ring didn't shine white as advertised also head lights don't adjust to DOT standards. Tried many times to contact support only to get a run around. They don't seem to want to return our money or replace this defective item with one that works. We will be taking legal action soon!

Bought a product that had a 1year warranty when I let you guys know it was defective. And was told I would have to pay another $40 dollars to do a warranty exchange. But yet it's plastered all over the led site that there is free shipping in

Worst packing and poorest quality box with NO padding to protect fragile poor quality vinyl vent window shades. Received them on April 17th and they were severely damaged due 100% to ooor packing of shades.
Have contacted them company Led Factory Mart x6 or more times with picture evidence of bent up box and broken shade. So far company has not responded to my request for replacement blinds or refund which I would prefer. This is not right and I have bought other items from them by mail.

I got my items in a reasonable amount of time… about two weeks. Free delivery so I didn't mind the wait. A little expensive compared to other websites but I didn't realize that until I had ordered it. Fit pretty good and all the clips went in like they should have

The installation instructions were very poor.
No instructions whatsoever on how to install the raptor lights. I had to rely on YouTube videos from other reputable suppliers.

Ordered a set of Raptor lights for my 5th gen 4Runner and they worked for a month before 2 of the 4 lights started to short out. Contacted them early November and now its middle January with no resolution. I did everything they asked me to do. Took pics and videos showing the defective lights and have not seen any movement on their behalf. I will update if this is resolved but as of now I would NOT recommended this place to anyone!

The grill I ordered was nice and looks good on new Tacoma but the raptor lights came without the extra wiring harness to tap into fuse box and grounding eyelets for the negative wire. Also, the very first rain I drove in, I noticed two lights with moisture in them. This kit costs way too much to be missing hardware and have faulty equipment.
Answer: Extremely difficult! You get an auto-reply they received your emails, but no one actually emails you back. Their hotline is only open 4 hours a day. They respond one time a day on FB Messenger, at 2am when most people are asleep and can't continue a conversation. Extremely ridiculous.
Answer: I just installed them. Everything is plug and play, and everything went together without modification which is nice for my 16 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited.
