It wasn't explained on the website that the brake lights were yellow. I knew the blinkers were yellow, but not the brake lights. This was a complete waste of time and money for me.
I have tried to resolve a problem. Now no response. It is just frustrating to communicate with them. Don't fall victim to the scam. Buyer beware.
The product was delivered on time with no damage but when i went to install i noticed there was not manual or instructions

The only issue I had was, it took me several emails to grt even an APPROXIMATE delivery date. I mate it very clear to the rep that I wasn't looking for an exact date but, I wanted some idea of what to expect. In the end, I was satisfied with the delivery time.

I've had lights on my HD Road King for a few weeks now and I'm very impressed with these lights. These lights are actually brighter than my HD LED headlight. Fit and quality was perfect!

Sick tail lights only thing is it didn't say you where getting a pair so I purchased 2 and I got an extra set now.
I receive my lighting The hi beam does not work problem still has not been resolved And they don't return phone calls or messages
Easy and straightforward. The extra wires were a little tricky to get stuffed back into OEM housing but I managed and it looks great!

I called them before I placed my order. I was purchasing a grille from them and wanted Raptor lights for it. I asked the rep on the phone if the Lights that I wanted to purchase are compatible with the grille I was purchasing from them and I was told yes. When I received them the Raptor lights weren't compatible with the grill. I called them to return the Raptor lights and was told to email them at customer service, which I did. I then had a rep by the name of David Mathews get back to me. I was shocked when I told him I needed to return the raptor lights he asked me to try to sell them myself rather than return them! We corresponded over 15 emails with him not providing me with the shipping return label. Finally after a week he said he would provide it soon? Why not right then? It has been over a week and still nothing and we are no past the return date. When I called the rep on the phone even lied to me. VERY SHADY COMPANY! When I went to file the complaint with the BBB I saw that they have a F rating at this seems to be the norm for them. I filed my complaint so hopefully others dont have to go thru this as well as posting this review
Great lighting. Instal a bit tough but worked it out. Extremely bright at night and have worked flawlessly since install. Super fast delivery.
Product looks great, excellent quality, BUT don't work as they should. Offered what was supposed to be compatible with my Jeep but isn't.
