Love my new jacket. Always have had good experiences with this company. Have not had to contact customer service for anything but that's because they are on top of things. Highly recommend, have ordered several items over the past few years.

Excellent. Customer service was so very helpful. Forgot to add in code for discount and they took care of it immediately. Can't say how much that means in this day and age when customer's needs seem to be looked over. Will definitely buy from then again.

Excellent. Everything I've bought so far has been timely, in good condition. Returns, if needed, are quick and easy. I can't comment on the quality of this product for it is a Christmas present for my husband.

Sizing is off. Ordering small sizes from most companies is normally too big for me, but I ordered a size up (small instead of extra small), and it is actually too small. Gotta figure out how to exchange sizes. First medium I'll have ever ordered.

I returned a helmet I couldn't wear because their sizing chart was wrong. I had to pay to return it with it being their fault. You shouldn't provide a sizing chart to order from if you don't stand behind what it says. The helmet only left the box to be tried on. They are sending the helmet back to me saying it's used and has scratches. How do I use something I can't wear? And if it's scratched then that's on UPS. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Everyone i know that's bought from them says the same thing. They'll sabotage their own product so they don't have to do a refund. If you buy from them, you'll regret it.

I waited almost a year for the Women's Black Buffalo Leather pants. When finally I received a pair that fit, I found that the pants had two[2] holes one in front right leg and one in back of left leg. After notifying Customer service in December 2019 I finally got disposition in February 2020. Customer service refused to replace damaged pants because it had taken too long. Never mind they had delayed disposition with incompetence.
I'm so disappointed. Definitely will not order any merchandize from them in the future.

Decent product, fits a little on the small side. If you are between sizes, or at the upper edge of a size, go up 1. I normally wear a Large, but ordered XL to have a little room. Glad I did!
Minor dislikes: stretchy wrist cuffs on the sleeves are a bit too much, and a little snug. Would have preferred something less restrictive to make this more "summer friendly". Probably good for winter. Low, tight collar is hard to use since it's a bit too tight for my big neck! I leave it open, and the flap dangles in the wind. Not a huge issue, just could be designed better.

Otherwise... comfortable, breathes well in summer weather. Body armor is positioned well and does not impede movement. Does what it is advertised to do... provide extra riding protection.
Good value for the money I spent. Caught a sale, and got this for $71. Shipping was quick, and it arrived in perfect shape.

Bought this a few weeks ago. Great price plus had 10% off coupon so paid only $153.00. Great deal with free delivery. Finally got to wear it today. It was 38 degrees out and sun was going down at beginning of trip and was totally gone last 15 miles. Had on jeans and long sleeve shirt underneath with a light weight fleece jacket (probably do not need fleece jacket). Rode from the dealer where bike was being serviced to my home - a 40 mile trip. Did not feel any chill at all except hands were a little cool (probably look into heated gloves). This suit is great for the price. I cannot imagine anything being any warmer no matter what the cost, including electric suits. I am 6' 0" tall and weigh 190 lbs. I ordered a large and it fits great. Could fit a sweater if wanted to but does not seem necessary.
