They were just installed today, October 19,2020 so I do not know how they will perform on my house. My roofer tried several types of gutter guards on his shop and selected LeafBlaster and also put them on his house. Very pleased about the honesty that some maintenance is needed, i. E. sweeping off leaves and the gift of the Gutter Guard Brush.
Elija and his partner were extremely efficient, courteous and focused putting the gutter guards on my home. Time will tell me how good this product is but I believe I will not be disappointed. I cannot even see them at my roof line. Everything is very even and neat looking. They also cleaned my gutters beautifully! I am very pleased with this company and will recommend them anytime I have the opportunity.
So far we are pleased with our gutter guards. The installation was quick and easy and they are doing a good job of draining the water from the roof. We used to have gutter to clean and water running over the gutters when it rained. Now all is well.
They look better than the guards I previously had, but I only got them today and do not know how they will actually perform. I noticed in the box that I was getting the 304 mesh rather than the more corrosive resistant 316 due to delays in shipment of the 316
As of 2 minutes ago the gentlemen installers left. It was a quick installation and they left my yard and porch perfectly clean. I saved a piece of the gutter cover to show my husband how fine the mesh is. I'm very impressed with the mesh.
I cannot give an opinion because they have ben installed for only one week and we have not had rain. The two-star rating means nothing; I had to click something to get this feedback area to respond. They look good and appear to be properly installed.
The down spouts were not tacked down in two spots on installation. I called the installer and they came out and corrected the problem. It has been less than a year and leaf debris has clogged the drains ( I have a leaf guard on top). Water flows over the top as if there were no gutters. Called the installer, and he could not give a time of repair. Best he could give me was 1 or 2 weeks maybe.
Large Oak trees surround our neighborhood and gutters here in northern Virginia often are clogged with leaves and branches. I put the Leafblaster Pro gutter guards on the front of the house last year and saw an immediate improvement. Now, I put a second set on the back gutters. I'd rather take care of gutters now, then have water back into the roof and eventually walls and have a much bigger problem to fix. I'm a fan.
With elm trees in the front, pine trees along the side, and a maple in the rear of the house I was cleaning gutters daily with a blower. Now I just sit back and relax knowing I may never need to break out the gutter attachment again! Let it rain...
Not sure yet as this was my first encounter with this product. It does appear to be well made and quite strong so I hope it will standup to hail we do get on occasion. I do believe it will keep out all the leaves.
We have only just had these gutter guards installed, so I can't say with any credibility how they will work. However, they look very solid and rigid - much better than what we had before. The look after the work was completed was fantastic! It also rained yesterday and the gutters worked great! Downspouts were pushing out the water, so it was definitely coming through the guards. Very satisfied so far.
So far, so good...but I still need to clean pine straw from top of gutter guards. Some were bent in the corners which allows dirt to get in the gutters.
We are just now installing, so we cannot let you know about the performance. As far as we can tell they should work great, we have pine trees and it will keep the needles out of the gutters. We are very satisfied with the quality.
LeafBlaster seems to be working as expected. Occasional buildup of small pine needles need to removed for optimal performance, but mainly just inside corners with high water volume diverters that were part of the original gutter installation that stick up and catch leaves/needles.
Guards on a 45 degree angle, every things gets wet after a rain. A hole at end of gutters, allowing birds to fly in, debri to enter. Will require Gutter maintainance, no different that I had previous, but more problems b/c a regular maintenance NOT possible. More expensive to clean, more issues with debri entering and critters entering. WASTE OF MONEY! No gutter guard is on 45 degree angle but installer insists it is proper. My mail box under them, mail continually saturated when it rains. NEVER had this issue with gutters. The gutters PLACED higher than my old, thus requiring additional metal to hide the dirty appears left behind. I feel the gutter placed higher than it was to accommodate insertion of the angular guards.
After bad experience with a vinylbased product, I did considerable research online, including YouTube, and feel this to be a superior product in the long run.
It was just installed less than one week ago, looks great, and very pleased with installerl.
Being a single mom gutter cleaning (of leaves at least) comes low on the priority list. I knew it needed to be done before it became a problem & needed to not have to worry about it. I researched & found the micro mesh covers & that seemed perfect. Add in the 40yr warranty & I was sold. I'm in Northern CA so we're not getting a lot of rain right now, but I'm glad that when we do I have one less problem. The gutter guards I first looked at in the stores had gaps that smaller flotsam & jetsom would easily pass through... Why waste money on that? The micro mesh will keep everything out.
I called 99 dollar gutter cleaners who did an awesome job cleaning & installing the leaf pro mesh... If you're in the Bay area I highly recommend them.
We've had the new gutter guards for just a month now. We have had a lot of rain these past few weeks and the guards appear to be letting the water flow into the gutters, and keeping the debris out. Both of those were past problems for our home.
We have a steep drop on the backside of our home. Another Nationally Advertised Leaf Guard Company refused to install theirs. Jacyn and his employee took it on and with the help of a tether did a great job. They took their time blowing off the leaves and attaching the guards. Jacyn was very professional, on time and very pleasant as was his helper.
I definitely will recommend him on our community website.
Not sure just yet. I cannot see them so I'm not sure how well they were installed. Additionally, the pine needles are not yet falling profusely for me to check how well the gutter guards perform in that arena.
Answer: White pine needles do penetrate through the screen and get stuck.
Answer: Yes, but you can bend them and attach to the fascia instead of going under the shingles.
Answer: The only comparable product that I am aware of is Leaf Filter, which is outrageous in price! LeafBlaster is a MUCH better value than Leaf Filter.
Answer: I saw his employee at a neighbors and saw the excellent work he did.
