OK - I think it's a little "tricky" to state there is a subscription required at the end of the process... it says free on the initial part of the process.
It would be good to have a little more information about what each section should say - I think I have repeated myself

Wasn't able to pay for the document license using my credit or debit card. I was told by the help desk that it was due to a block on international payments and to release it via my credit card company. So I rang them and they said there was no block on the card. I eventually paid using paypal but have wasted nearly an hour doing all this, hence the poor rating.
This should be straight forward, It took 4 attempts, and email to an from to pissing around with passwords.Rubbish
As soon as money received the website stopped working and I have no access to the document I paid for

Our website works just fine. If you have made a payment through PayPal, the transaction did not go through as they are currently having billing issues. You can try using a regular credit card to access the service on our site.

A lot of repetition on completing forms - nothing else to say but this is annoying that I have to type 50 characters

Little tech difficulties for a day in paying & downloading doc

- We do not accept Debit cards, Discover cards or gift cards/prepaid cards.
Your financial institution has issued an International Purchase hold. You would have to contact your bank to temporarily remove the hold.
You can use PayPal or a credit card (AMEX, Visa, MasterCard) to complete your purchase.
