It took only 3 or 4 days to make it from Vancouver CAN to the greater Chicago area, packing was very professional and it arrived undamaged. We installed the replacement in under 30 mins and it fired up without any issues. I would most definitely use these guys again, my experience with them has been very positive.

When my grandson broke the screen on his laptop (left a pen near the hinge when closing it) the lowest estimate we got for repair was about $200. With all the other expenses for college being so high an unexpected 200. Was cringe worthy. How hard could it be to do ourselves? So we looked online and eventually settled on LaptopScreen. Received the laptop screen I ordered in perfect condition in a short period of time and at a great price. I'm glad they had some help determining which screen was needed for my sons machine, as I didn't realize that there were 2 different versions of screen that could fit his laptop, one with back light, one without. The screen came on time and in perfect condition. The only negative thing about this company is the presence of many scary disclaimers. Some of them do make sense but some (like the one that makes you responsible for all shipping charges even if you've received a defective screen) are not fare.

My daughter cracked the digitizer on her less than 1 year old laptop. I debated whether or not to replace it. I looked into and HP authorized repair shop and the cost was not worthwhile. I did some searching and saw a post about replacing this part, along with a video. Having some experience working on PCs I figured I'd give it a try. Ordered the part, it came faster than expected and well packaged. The glass digitizer was inside 2 padded envelopes, and that was inside a box with air bags for cushion. I will say that the replacement on my particular model was more complicated than I had anticipated, but I got it done. Youtube is your friend here, seeing how others do it made it doable. I'm very happy with the product and highly recommend the company if you need replacement screen.
My son and his friends knocked a fan over that fell on my closed laptop and then both hit the floor. Screen was cracked diagonally and only half was functional. Checked many sites and local repair place, got best price from Laptopscreens.com. They shipped the same day my Paypal payment cleared. Great experience. Web site easy to use and got right screen replacement product number easily. The video showing how to change the screen very useful and gave me confidence to skip the Best Buy $150 installation fee and do it myself. Took 25 minutes total, from unpack, inspect, dis-assembly, disposal of old screen, install new screen and testing. Product ordered on Saturday afternoon, shipped on Monday, promised delivery the following Monday but actually delivered by UPS that Wednesday. Very impressive overall.
Instead of ordering replacement screens through a reseller, I get them from these guys. They usually have what I'm looking for in stock (the reseller sometimes doesn't) and it's cheaper overall (even factoring in the shipping).
