My overall experience has been pretty smooth purchased the land, now I've received my papers in the mail and I'm excited.
Being able to buy the property online was amazing! That alone has made me continue to watch this site for more opportunities. The process was straight forward, if you need help they will get to you in a reasonable amount of time. (Improvement area)
