Soooo doggy! I'd give them a zero if I could! First of all, the tracking number did not work on their own site, I sent them several emails to get help but they couldn't bother, they only told me that it had arrived, and when I asked what courier they used, they never told me... my dress never arrived and I'm getting a refund via PayPal - bottom line, don't buy from them :(

I ordered this dress for my prom because I could not find a dress with quite enough sparkle to it anywhere else. I was not expecting to completely fall in love with it and was actually a bit nervous about ordering online. Bet this dress is extremely comfortable and STUNNING, the beading is done so well and the color was exactly how I wanted. The seller was very helpful with shipping, with expedited shipping it came within 3-4 weeks. Sizing is true to chart, beading will blow everyone away.

I would not recommend this site. I was on the hunt for a flower girls dress, measured my daughter and matched with what the description stated for sizing. It was too big. We were out of town on a funeral for my father-in-law and did not receive and try it on until we got back. I was 2 days over their 7-day return policy, and they would not accept the return. Even though we were out of town during that 7-day window to return they would not accept the reason for being out of town for a family funeral. Every time I tried to reason with them as to why I could not possibly ask for a return due to being out of town they would simply state we have to stay within our policy and to try and sell it on my own.

No matter how bad the dress is or how poorly it fits, they refuse to accept any returns.

I asked them specifically what their criteria are for if a dress qualifies for return and they told me outright that it was an "arbitrary decision" made by the customer service representatives. Meaning that no matter how bad the dress is, they can choose not to accept a return (this is exactly what is happening to me).

Do not shop from here - they are horrible and fraudulent.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. For starters, if you're debating purchasing anything from this website, DON'T! THEY. ARE. A. SCAM. They will send you a deceiving dress, completely different from the image, different material, style, and everything. Then they promise a 7-day refund if you're unsatisfied, however, once you email them they will respond saying "there's no possible way to issue a refund, and if you're unsatisfied with the dress just give it to a friend or resell it. This is absurd and a joke of a company. Never have I ever witnessed such appalling customer service, they are a FRAUD. So, just gave your money and pay a little more to get something authentic

I ordered a dress for my niece that did not fit per their sizing chatt. Their explanation is that they use extra fabric so you can tailor. I had experienced tragedy in my family and addressed my emotions and dealing with their lack of support to simply return the dress. They were insensitive and told me to "... find someone to give it to". You have been warned. Don't make the same mistake. This is the worst site and customer service.

Absolutely LOVE this dress. Couldn't have asked for it to look more like the picture. I did custom sizing and it fits PERFECTLY. No alterations are necessary! Great communication and very fast shipping. Very pleased overall with the dress and customer service.

I wanted a dress that I would wear on occasion but that would not be too expensive or too dressy for day time wearing. This dress is a wonderful fitting dress, very flattering and the skirt is full enough to be attractive without being either too short or too long. I love the color. I have not yet washed it, but will likely wash in cold and hang to dry. I am an active 65.

Beautiful dress, fabric is alot better than what i have previously ordered from other websites, i ordered an age 9 for my daughter who wears 8-9 clothes and it does need taking in abit and abit off the length

Is not so hard to be prom queen, especially when you're wearing the Sexy Sequins Halter Neckline Floor Length Prom Dress, right? From her elegant black color that manages to impose with the color intensity and the high quality of the material it is made, texture, shape and design, to sequins belt surrounding the original model in a top of the dress and continuing in the bar support surrounding the neck from the back, leaving a portion of this to be viewed. Her elegance is underlined by the very sexy shape that gives it to the upper body, managing to create an attraction in this area. Nothing can compare with an elegant evening dress that makes a woman shine in the eyes of all! I recommend it to all parties that have respected dress code!

When I ordered my dress for prom, I was a little hesitant on ordering online since it is risky and was only £96.98, but I am so happy with the dress I received, it is beautiful, the slit is a little too low but I can still walk in it and is a little big around the top area but that's not their fault, it's a beautiful burgundy colour. It took about 3 weeks to get here and they did lose it in the van so it was a day late but it was worth the wait, I definitely recommend this website!

I ordered a dress that was to be my second dress for my wedding. It looked gorgeous on the website, body con fit with flowers at the top. I ordered it in a champagne color. When the dress came the color was right, the fitting was off (very large in the shoulders) and the flowers, which were basically hot glued on with little jewels were coming off. Several jewels and half a flower came off in the bag! I didn't even have to try it on for things to fall off.

Per their return policy, I asked for a refund due to the damage and they replied saying that the damage was caused by me! And I would not get a refund! Absolute madness. Why would I damage my own dress?!?! I've emailed to ask for another review but I think this company is a scam. The quality of the dress was not high and overall, while they are responsive, it was a waste of cash and time.
