I ordered a dress for my daughter. The dress showed no sequins yet when received was covered in sequins. It looked very cheaply made and was not what we thought per the website. I asked for an exchange and after 5 emails back and forth was given this response:
There is nothing wrong with the dress itself. The difference is acceptable. It's unfair for us to take the responsibility. Just keep the dress or you can send it to your friends or resell it locally. The return is really not possible.
Please NEVER EVER order from this website!

I ordered this for prom and it it so beautiful! We were not sure what size to order and the staff on the online chat were incredibly kind and helpful. I love the color and style, it is very unique!

I ordered a standard size dress. No special ordering at all. I received the dress in a small zip lock bag squished flat. I tried it on and it was 2 to 3 sizes too big and about 3 feet too long. I contacted "customer service" 4 times before I got any response. I told them the dress is not what I thought I was getting. The material is absolutely terrible, so very rough and the most unconfortable thing I've ever touched. Customer service is refusing to return the dress because according to them it was made correctly. I told them I was unhappy completely with the purchase and was told I had to deal with it and they will not return it for any reason. Please do not waste your money. I'm out 200 dollars on this poorly made piece of garbage.

I do love the dress so much! The shipping was fast and customer service was good. Unfortunately I still had to get it altered because it fit a little funny on me despite giving them the measurements of my arms. Overall I think the quality is fantastic for the price! Thank you Lalamira! I will share my wedding look soon!

I was too lazy to take my measurements so I just guessed and ordered a medium. When I tried it on I was amazed. It fits like it was custom made for me. All of the curves are in the right place. I bought this as my mother-of-the-bride dress for an outdoor wedding/brunch. I'm only 47 and didn't want something too matronly. I love this dress because it's youthful, yet classy looking. I bought a crenolin skirt to go underneath and plan to wear pearls to complete the look.

Don't buy from here! I paid extra to have a dress fitted to me and when I got it in... terrible! The color wasn't a true match to the picture - which is understandable and I could live with - What I can't do is crocked stitching, blue thread on white lace, hem unraveling with threads hanging off, and the lace itself a mess with strings all over and lifting off. When I asked to return the dress and for a refund the SAME day I got it. They demanded pictures. So I sent tons of pics on the poor job that was done. They refuse to give me my money back or take the dress back. They keep telling me that the color is right and it was made correctly. No it wasn't! The dress is literally coming apart at the seams! They told me to just resell it if I don't like it. They don't get it and refuse to give me my money back. Terrible Company!

Beautifully made dress. True to size. This dress was for the father daughter dance. We picked in pink but I am sure any color you pick will be just as beautiful.

Dress had stains
Stitching was so loose the dress ripped while the US dressmaker was trying to fix the incorrect size of the dress even though we ordered the correct size - the dress was the wrong size
The application on the upper part of the dress was tacked on - many fell off.
Dress was not able to be worn
The customer service doesn't exist and we wasted 187 dollars
Would never recommend or use.
Material was awful - not as represented
Ignored by customer service except to tell me to try to get the black stains off the sheer arms and too bad about the stains.
Can't even use the material for something else
US tailor/dressmaker from China was horrified at the quality and lack of proper stitching or ability to alter
Zipper also broke

Dress runs HUGE! Their return policy is a HOAX. They state that you can return a dress if it's not custom made in a 7 day period BUT THEY WON'T ACCEPT YOUR RETURN. I ordered a size 6 since according the size chart they display in the website I'm supposed to be 6, but that chart is inaccurate and they won't take responsibility and won't accept your dress back. Plus, the fabric/chemicals gave me the WORSE RASH OF MY LIFE! I had to go to the ER because of that.

Don't make a mistake buying from these people!

The dress is beautiful and of good quality. Bought this for my teenage daughter and she loved it. She wanted the length a bit shorter but it was appropriate for the occasion. This is not that inexpensive lace that snags on everything but really a beautifully designed rose pink dress. I gave 4 stars because it seemed to be a little snug at the top. My daughter is a 32b so she was able to wear it comfortably! Looked absolutely gorgeous.

This dress is amazing. It fits well. It looks expensive. When comparing it to dresses I have that are 150-250$, it is similar in quality. I love it. I may even purchase it in another color

I ordered this as a last minute, inexpensive dress for an unexpected formal event. It arrived sooner than estimated and I was immediately surprised at the good quality of both the fabric and craftsmanship. I am thick in the arms, shoulders, & chest and found that it fit well without being too tight or bunching. I will order this brand again.

This dress is beautiful, it far exceeded my expectations! The dress is do inexpensivly priced I wasn't sure what to expect. When it arrived, I was thrilled with everything about it. It is well made, fabric feels nice, and it looks amazing.The dress was a little large in the chest, I had to take it in a little. I had considered ordering a smaller size, but was concerned it would be too small in other areas. I probably would have been fine to go with a smaller size. I took it in with just an extra stitch on either side of the dress, if you don't have a sewing machine or don't know how to sew, I would recommend going with the smaller size.
