Do not buy from here! My dress had lace coming off after trying it on. The quality looks cheap and nothing like the photo. When I requested to return due to a defective dress (within the 7 day return policy) customer service informed me that the dress is correct and they cannot provide me with a refund. It was a waste of money! DO NOT BUY!
Lala mira seemed to be a place i would like considering the instagram tagged photos looking promising but in reality i ordered a dress and it came and felt like a costume. The service was also really disrespectful and they didn't offer any refund so……
Although the dresses on the LaLa Mira website show beautifully, the actual quality of the dresses don't measure up to the price you pay. I received the dress with the hem wire exposed. I contacted LaLa Mira right away and was told to send photos. I sent a photo and was told that LaLa Mira inspects merchandise before shipping and the this was caused by me. As a consumer, I am furious and feel that I have been taken advantage of and robbed for over $130. When a vendor doesn't accept returns on their defective merchandise, it shows poor customer service and no accountability. They advised me to take it to a tailor and have it fixed with me incurring the cost. Order from this vendor at your own risk!

I ordered a bridesmaids dress from here and it was terribly cheap quality and had a really poor fit. Their "customer service" is a complete joke. They told me I should "just keep the dress or you can send it to your friends or resell it locally."

The pads that hold your boobs really show through the material around it so I took them out, it was very simple to do. As for the size of the dress I could tell that either it runs big or I did not measure right LOL. Anyways the dress has little plastic reflective pieces around it, not sequins. The picture is an overall great representation of what the dress actually looks like in real life.
I should of used the custom fitting but I used a standard size will have to be altered but not your fault. Dress is absolutely gorgeous! Can wait to see it once the alterations have been cut moneyed! Your an A++++++++ Company! Will definitely do business again! Thank you so much!
Was terrified about end product as I read a few negative reviews online. The dress arrived quickly. It is beautiful. Slightly big but it will cost just a few dollars to take the waist in. My daughter will be attending prom in this dress. She loves it. Thank you. It's gorgeous

This dress was AWESOME! I have worn it three times and gotten rave compliments each time! It not only fits perfectly, but it also complements my figure quite well! This is saying something, too and it looks amazing on me!
My daughter absolutely loved this dress. It was for a photo shoot on the streets of Atlanta. We picked cotton candy pink. I did have to get the waist taken in but that was minor. I would make sure to measure your child's waist to be sure before order. Recommend this dress I think its beautiful.
Very good quality dress and came in about 2 weeks. Looked just like it did in the photo! However I didn't realise it had a train... so am sending it back. Would be so much better if they had more photos of it.

What can I say... this dress is stunning! I felt amazing in it and comfortable (which is pretty important on your wedding day) I ordered a set size and had it altered by my local dress maker which cost me a little extra but hey you can't complain with the price of this gorgeous dress.
This dress came to me quickly! It is an absolutely beautiful gown with great beadwork on the waistband. Customer service with this seller is AMAZING! I will definitely be using them again in the future. I highly recommend this gown to anyone and have received so many compliments.
One of the most fraudulent websites there is. They sent me a bootleg version of the dress I ordered in horrible material. They told me to resell the dress instead because I was not entitled to a return even though I request it 1 day after it was delivered. The website states there is a 14 day return. DO NOT PURCHASE TRUST ME!
I ordered this dress for my daughter for prom. We are very nervous about placing an order for a formal dress online, however it was absolutely stunning when it came in. My bridesmaids ordered their dresses for Lala Mira and many of them arrived with zippers that would zip up and sizes not in-line with how they were advertised. When contacted, their customer service basically said "too bad, it's your problem, sell the dress if you don't like it". With all the options out there, I implore you to not waste your time or money on this company! Their products are sub-par and their people are indifferent. They literally could not care any less about their customers.
They charge me $140 for piece of $#*!! I don't know who made this dress, looks like 5 years girl! Totally different from web site. When I tried to return it, they told me it is not possible. Fraud company! Horrible customer service!
