I have been listening to Kim's show and reading her email newsletters for many years. She always gives great advice and has helped me solve some of my computer problems during that time. I would fully recommend you listen to and take it, too. She is very knowledgeable on the subject.

Kim's articles are packed with information she writes so the average person can understand tech. Her articles are also fun to read and she gives good advice!

I look forward to reading the latest developments in technology every morning. Without Kim's daily newsletter, I would be completely lost. When I was working in my earlier life, I could keep up on the lastest developments in technology but since retiring, it is difficult and the pace of changes seems to have accelerated too. Without doubt, Kim has managed to educate and entertain millions of people. I also greatly appreciate her sense of humor, her recommendations on useful items, and her willingness to help one and all. Please keep up the good work for those of us need responsible information in living in our tech focused lives.

It's my daily read for a reason, sharp insights, zero fluff, and the kind of tech news breakdowns that actually matter. Super into the crypto, tech and whacky world of AI. It's like having a cheat code to understanding the chaos.

This guy who is now her cohort has made it just such a dumb show that I find myself turning it off. I used to learn from her show. Every weekend I would listen to the show and learn something. Sadly, now it's a waste of my time and this guy Andrew, my God why is he there? He's dumb. He interrupts with stupid comments. He's got a bad voice And all she is doing now is selling products. The show has degraded in the last year. Lately, I have not learned anything that a normal person who pays attention and reads wouldn't know. It is so sad to watch a woman decline instead of rise after all these decades. Who pray tell is this Andrew? Why? Does she need a sidekick to make he sound smarter? Change the show to the Andrew show. I will vote with my mind and warn people she is not a digital goddess but a digital con artist. Bye, 👋 bye, you once were great.

This is why you should have zero trust online. The money made from this site must be astronomical. I "unsubcribed" months ago, but it keeps coming. Likely paid advertising is how this site makes it's money. Everyone must know that you DO NOT click links in an email due to the number of spoof emails that copy the original - if you are a trusted site, you DO NOT send links via email. Again, this site refuses to recognize my "UNSUBSCRIBE" option. VERY frustrating and shame on the site for asking people to trust email links.

Ms Kim, ARE you KIDDING, of course I "SIS" you I admit I'm kinda old and have never used the word before and you don't need to send anything to me for saying so...I still have the gift from one of your Thanksgiving gift shows and that was a goodie. I would probably say you're the only one that I trust in everything you say and tell me to do and have been since the late 90's when I discovered your show and have enjoyed the style of the show and how you know everything. ALL the shows teach me and the Friday show with Amber and now Andrew keeps me laughing during my morning runs. Can't figure out why some people have to take time to write to you and be stupidly mean. BTW my husband is a keeper too, lucky girl he's so smart I don't have to be. TY Elaine

A paid shill who goes out of her way to disparage some sites so others (who pay her) flourish. The might dollar at work

Ordered in March 2022 thinking I would have my item in time to enjoy for the summer and here it is July and all I have are excuses and untruths that my item has been shipped. So very disappointed in the business and will never use again, at this point I want my monies returned!

Love the weekly shows and podcasts. Fun and actually pertinent. The website has been useful for me in finding apps and internet opportunities. She vets everything she posts so if you go THROUGH her site on links, you have a higher degree of reliable and trustworthy resources.

The emails are heavily laden in advertising, and you don't actually get any info from the emails -- everything is a link, so you have to click through (not usually recommended) to find anything of value. AND, that's OK if you could trust the advertisers. After all, this is KIM, the "Digital Goddess" so I expect that she is careful not to send us, her loyal follower, any junk. Well, in the same email where she hawks her "Best of the Web" newsletter (not specified as a newsletter until you click the link) wherein she states, "The internet is full of junk. We find the good stuff for you,..." she includes an ad that reads, "How this grandma turned her dusty house into a fresh air paradise without lifting a finger." A click on that ad takes you to a webpage telling the heart-touching story of this elderly lady who found NatureFresh, a product supposedly made of bamboo charcoal that removes not only air-borne toxins, but the DUST from your house, all in an instant. (Yeah, right!) These are little burlap bags of charcoal that you just set down in your house, and like magic, your house is a clean fresh-air paradise. The page has ten 5-star reviews, complete with reviewer photos, telling how magical this stuff is. (Fine print: the photos are those of models.) A quick search for "NatureFresh" brings you an abundance of reviews stating the product never shipped, people received only partial shipments, or the product didn't work and they couldn't find recourse. That's no surprise to me, but I'm a scientist and rather savvy to internet crap. Lots of elderly and kind human beings were ripped off...

BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE! A few minutes later, what did I get in my email? (I use Incognito mode and Duck Duck Go for searching.) I had an email from PayPal offering me 10% off on any order for NatureFresh products.

SERIOUSLY, KIM?! Not only do you advertise 100% crap products, you allow advertising from companies that reach into your email with even more hard-core advertising tactics. I wonder how much she gets for every click? I can guarantee you this much -- she doesn't NEED the money!

Been trying since July to cancel my subscription. No response no matter what I use. Phone? No oe answers because of covid. Email to support, no response, contact form on website> no response. Tried to contact company 10 days before my first month was up, no resoonse got charged Aug anoher 4.99. Cars company got me a refund. In Sept another 4.99 charge, tried contacting them again all three ways no response, card company got me a refund. Now it is Oct and I have been charged AGAIN 4.99. Still no response. Tried to complain to BBB in Phoenix but they are not a member. Will have to contact card company again. This is now four months and should not be this much trouble to cancel a subscription. Oh and the reason I canceled was because I never got any response to my questions in July my router was hacked. Got no help and now can't get rid of the monthly charge. SOMEONE READ THIS AND CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION PLEASE
