Kmart

I live too far from a Kmart to shop there in person often. I usually go once a year for the holidays. I always notice that while the store is jam packed with stuff, the website has only a few selections from each category.

I really dislike going to the Kmart store here, (very disorganized!) but when I do, I usually find a few great gifts that I would have otherwise missed because they weren't on the website.

They are not the Kmart they used to be, but they serve a niche in our community for lower income folks. I think their prices are good for most of their items. Selection not so good, but depends on how picky you are. Good value and variety.

Aisles are too narrow... merchandise not arranged very well... the store is just an average store. Cannot compete with Amazon or Walmart. If they weren't the only local warehouse store I wouldn't even shop there.

I purchased several items from Kmart online. The purchase process is easy enough. The only bad thing is my local store is a bit slow at getting my pick-up items in a timely manner. Otherwise, I have no complaints.

I love the idea that I don't have to step foot in the store to place products on layaway! Makes Christmas shopping a breeze! Make the payments online, and when your ready to pick up the items, just stop at the local Kmart and it's ready to go! No crowds to deal with, no angry shoppers, or workers, and makes getting ready for Christmas more joyful and fun than I have ever had in the past!

I received a K-Mart item as a gift and wanted to return it. The price had been removed but it still had its K-Mart tag. I simply wanted in store credit, but policy states you must have a receipt or gift receipt. Long trip for nothing.

Love the Kmart app, shopping online, their reward points system, and the win it app. So easy to find what you want and get good discounts with your points.

I love all the products available and the shipping is always fast never have issues with anything other than the site. When browsing the site and using the filters it can be very frustrating, it will act as if the filters were put into place when they actually were not. If not for that it would be a 4-5 star

Is it just me or has anyone else noticed that Kmart is NOT cheap! You pay MORE for items at Kmart and Sears than anywhere else! It doesn't make any sense! Why are they still in business? HOW are they still in business? Kmart was a decent store when I was a kid. Now the store is a dump and the items are over priced!

I placed an order for Christmas in November. I got an email confirmation of my order. And received nothing after that. When I called their customer service they told me it was shipped. Called back 2 days later and they said the order was cancelled. I never did get an email saying they cancelled my order.

Kmart is always a pleasure to shop at. You find everything fast and there is a large selection and I rarely can't find what I'm looking for. The staff is always friendly and attentive. Prices are great!

I like to get kitchen supplies and underwear from Kmart. I find they have excellent electronics and I like get money back for purchases. I would have given five stars, but they often only have one of something and you have to keep calling the store. They don't answer the phone or answer it well when they do.

Kaymart has a limited selection but its good if they have what you want and you buy enough to get free shipping. I think they also can tie your order into a Sears order... I think they are the same company.

I have found the same to be true at Knart online as other Big Bix stores! That is there are more products available! More clearance deals too! I even purchased my patio furniture online! I had it delivered too!

In store shopping was alright till ya go to pay and get asked what kind of receipt you want very annoying an then after that the same person or someone else is waitin at the door to check your bag its pathetic that they check your bag after its been bought
