I've been a Kleen-rite customer for over 30 years & have been more than satisfied with the quality of the merchandise they sell. Beyond that, the customer service is second to none in the car wash industry for servicing your account. I've never had an issue purchasing parts & soaps for my Car Washes.

I made my order on August 1st. I called week after I placed the order to ask for my order status, they told me it's going to take 2-4 weeks. The first month passed the second passed and the third passed and I didn't recive my shipment. Every time I call the told me wait another 2 weeks. Finally I recived the product after three month. They shipped it and left it by the door with no signature. When I got the product it was damaged and the box is in a bad condition. However, I called customer service and requested to return it and need a refund but I am still waiting for a replay. It's been almost a month since I requested the refund. Bad bad experience. And it seems no one care. I even sent a message to the lady who is in charge and she never reply or got back to me.
I went to the 2024 Expo this past Wednesday and Jacob George helped me with all the questions I had and even today when I was having more questions, he was also helping me more over the chat.
He is extremely knowledgeable and took all the time at the convention and over the chat to make sure I have no additional questions about the products we were discussing.
They are just alway helpful in finding what I'm looking for if can't find it in book and pleasant about it and orders alway show as they say

I called and ordered soap that was needed and talked to someone immediately. Ordered the product and had a confirmation email same day and within 48 hours had the product. Every person I speak to is knowledgeable and professional.

Problem:There has been too many times where an item is listed on your site but is not in stock which leads to wait time that negatively effect my business.
Solution: Please don't list items you don't have that have unknown lead times. Or, ensure buyers are aware of the lead times.

Not necessarily your fault, I maybe should have checked the lead time on getting my order. Took several weeks to get what I ordered. I thought it was a stock item for Kleenex rite, but apparently they had to order it from a vendor.
They help me find item numbers and ask me about additional items that I might need for installation.
