When I placed my recent order over 1,500 dollars, I had over 4,000 rewards points. When I tried to apply the points towards free shipping, it said I had zero points. I sent a message that day and received no response. For two weeks after this order, I continued to receive e-mails showing i still had 4,000 rewards points. I ended up paying over 300.00 shipping. Now the emails I receive don't mention anything about me having any points. It's almost like you think you are the only car wash supplier around. I assure you that you are not. I bet you don't post this review.
There is no way to keep marketing emails from starting again with every purchase. I have called and asked several times but I always have to waste my time unsubscribing. Please fix this so I can stop avoiding purchasing from Kleen-Rite.
I ended up getting 3 different deliveries from 3 different locations. Some of the parts took too long to receive so I ended up buying from my local supplier. I now have duplicate parts that I normally would not stock.
Send you half the order, don't disclose shipping, Create multiple invoices for one order, On purpose I guess to confuse you, Lie when you call them to get a shipping quote, As long as you don't mind getting screwed somehow, this is your place. Oh- Still dont have my soap!
We apologize for the issues that occurred with this order and UPS. I spoke to customer service and it is noted that your shipping was refunded and the issue resolved with you to the best of our ability.
I made my order on August 1st. I called week after I placed the order to ask for my order status, they told me it's going to take 2-4 weeks. The first month passed the second passed and the third passed and I didn't recive my shipment. Every time I call the told me wait another 2 weeks. Finally I recived the product after three month. They shipped it and left it by the door with no signature. When I got the product it was damaged and the box is in a bad condition. However, I called customer service and requested to return it and need a refund but I am still waiting for a replay. It's been almost a month since I requested the refund. Bad bad experience. And it seems no one care. I even sent a message to the lady who is in charge and she never reply or got back to me.
I have called a few times for technical support and i told to call CAT pumps. I have purchased many items from Kleen Rite. I have a car wash system that i am having problems with and can't get the help to repair it.
Jeremey, knew the product, unfortunately his hands were tied to selling a new siphon tube as a fix, the motor had exceeded its limit and was toast. However I did follow his instructions and eventually the unit was returned and repaired, I was told that a new one would be delivered.
I think the old one had been repaired, the old one was marked!
It also took way to long to fix the issue, I lost approximately two months of sales, could have been less than a 2 week process.
Overall I would give your customer service a rating of "SORRY".
I think a person who is a regular customer and who will end up spending tens of thousands of dollars ordering stuff through Kleenrite. I don't think they should be getting book price. I think maybe a 10 or 15% discount would not be asking for too much considering how much people spend. The one or two-time customer, I understand. Charge them full price. The customer who's been with you for a decade or more, I think they deserve a discount you think?
Everything I need is here but you really have to be careful because I found one item $79 dollars cheaper on Amazon for the exact same filter. Your shipping is very high for simple light products also.
Whenever I place my repeat air fresher order, I always get passed around between different people before the order can be taken. Sales people are arrogant. Acting like they are doing me a favor.
This is a repeat order for several thousands of dollars. Shouldn't be that difficult!
Great products, otherwise I wouldn't have even given it a three star. Didn't like that my order was broken up and I paid $9.99 four times. As well there were a number of products on promotions and they didn't have them in stock, when a company promotes products they can't provide it's Very frustrating.
I had a certain number of points saved that prompted me to purchase another case of brake cleaner...however when I finalized my order I don't recall the option for regular basic shipping, so I really did not save much in the end.

Customer service is fantastic.
Packaging of ordered parts is poor. By the time I receive shipment, any package holding parts has been destroyed from bouncing around. One shipment had a hole created from a heavy part inside and some smaller parts got lost (That's how I experienced Customer service).
I wanted some custom pressure hose made and got a partial job done. They cut the hose to length, but didn't install any parts on the ends.
Well to start with after entering my card info on the website it was immediately hacked. Then the part ordered was delayed for more that a month and when we made contact about why the responces werre very vague.
But so far so good with the parts we received.
Always have what we need and fairly priced
Several times I call the seller has no clue what they sell, so for that you have to go online and get part numbers before calling otherwise you'll be very disappointed.
After placing the order here comes the worse, the shipping department are who suck the most, they take 7 plus days to get parts delivered from Grand prairie tx to San Antonio is like 4 hours away, they take 7 days. What a disgrace, all the time is the same problem, where do you get this ignorant people working in the warehouse, gosh get them trained or something,
Also they send you a pair of O-rings ina $17 ups box full of wasted paper, wtf? I requested USPS first class is like $4, can't get it right, never,
I'm tired and wore out arguing with this nasty people,

The manager and crew at the Grand Prairie location are the best! They are super helpful and very knowledgeable in their field. Never have a bad experience here.
Chris M went above to make sure I got what I needed. Took his time I never felt rushed. Not sure of the date when I called.
