I've brought 14 pieces already in less than a year. I've brought 3 rings, 2 pairs of earrings 1 bracelet and 8 pendant necklaces. They have worked with me on any issues which the only one was exchanging 2 necklaces for 2 others. And the prices are excellent for the value. The jewelry never tarnishes and always looks gorgeous!
Item come but with different delivery company,it said ups but parcel force delivered it and I miss delivery so had to wait 2 days to collect it from post office. When I emailed nobody replied but then when I left message on chat someone said it take longer for me to get it even though I had it. Was disappointing experience
Ordered a chain and ear ring the same day, picked the "3-4" days international shipping. Still waiting after 12 BUISNESS days! What the heck? If I wanted my shipping to be 2 weeks I would have picked the 2 week shipping. Not just that. But I emailed them after the 6th day. And haven't even gotten an email back yet and they've been open for 3 days since te holiday now!

We will monitor the order that contains the bike because technically due to our US holiday, it shows that it is in customs and it has until tomorrow to be delivered. If you are claiming that the earrings that show delivered, have not arrived then we recommend that neighbors are checked with in your area as well as the entire perimeter of the shipping location. I should have read the other reviews before buying anything from this low life clip joint. I bought this item for my Elvis costume. I ordered a diamond crucifix that looked HUGE online, but in person was about the size of a fly. You couldn't see this tiny toy from 6" away, much less on a stage! But the gold chain was even WORSE... it was just plain old LAMP CHAIN, gold plated. I'm going to return this crap tomorrow, and if they give me any $#*!, I'm going to shove it up their jive asses. But it's so small, I doubt that they'd even feel it. This place sells CRAP. Go elsewhere.

Second, I ordered their Cuban choker set and it came tangled up with no way to untangle it.

Y'all have vast variety of items and I love the collabs they do. I would like to see more badass animal designs, maybe even do some sort of conservation work? Make a limited amount of an endangered species and donate part of sales. That'd be amazing and I'd definitely be purchasing more.

Hey guys. King ice has some great stuff with great quality. Only issue is that they do credit card fraud. I bought a pendant over 1k and a month later my card was inactive PC told me it was initiated through King ice and they spent over $6000 on our card across Canada. Be safe and do not use cards with them

Tried to order a pendant twice, both times were cancelled (with bank debit and a credit card). I reached out and they said use the "paypal" feature and told me to download the app for tracking to connect it to my email to track orders. Used Paypal option and within 2 hours a $850 customink purchase as well as delta airling tickets and other charges were on my account (brand new card btw, first tome using it, just opened new account for bills and only used it on my rent that I've been paying for three years without ever having fraud issues). Replied to the person who told me to use paypal option amd download that app who said "he is there to help with anything" I may need. ZERO response. They out here straight robbing ppl. It was my dumbass fault for letting that app connect to my email and using their paypal. I fell right into that one. So anyone be aware of this when you try to purchase something and they start saying fishy phishy stuff
