The Olympus E-520 arrived on time and in excellent condition. I have yet to try it out as the deal I had for a lens from another vendor did not go as planned (due to my error). The substitute is on its way. However, the body appears to be in good order. I am most pleased with this purchase.

Fairly new to photography and wanted to outfit my dear wife with an upgrade to phone camera or point and shoot cameras that in the past have been underwhelming. Ordered on a Wednesday. Paid 30 dollars extra for 2 day delivers my son was going on a foreign trip on Monday. The camera did not arrive until Tuesday. So, we have returned it. Very sorry about this. Six days to send over such a short distance? And after paying so much extra for such a tiny, light package? Very disappointed in FedEx. And my son ended up traveling without a camera.
Camera was in even better condition than described! Came in a little custom KEH pouch which was a very nice, thoughtful touch. Pouch was even color coordinated to the camera. Shipping was FAST. This was my first purchase from KEH. When I got the camera I checked the data and got a shutter count. Only 300 or so shots had been taken. Basically a new camera for almost 80% off the original new price. Can't beat it. I've already made a second purchase and will be back to shop with them again to supply my photography business. Glad I found these great people!
Generally good experiences with KEH, but was disappointed recently with an Excellent + lens that arrived without a front or rear cap to protect the glass. The listing was technically accurate by not stating the lens came with caps, but could have been clearer that none were attached. I found workable lens caps on their site to fill out the lens, and had to spend another $33 to complete the kit. The two small caps came in a large box overstuffed with bubble wrap.
Buying the lens went great but I just got an email from KEH asking to click onto a link to confirm I received my order. Really that was a trick to have me write a review. Classic case on how to ruin an otherwise fine transaction with an over zealous marketing team trying force a good review. KEH loses a star for deceit.
Fast delivery wherever my location is as I travel as a wildlife photographer, I can always count on getting new or replacement equipment as needed for my photography.
I ordered a Canon EF 24 mm f/2.8 IS lens to complete my system. Lens arrived quickly, was very well packed, is in perfect condition, and exceeds my expectations. It will be used on APS-C bodies to give me a 38 mm equivalent focal length.

I have no clue what "BGN' actually means. After 4 purchases this year, every product looks "Exc ++" to me. Including the recent Nikon digital. Maybe because it had 18k shutter count? It looks perfect and is operationally perfect. Certainly a lot "Minter" than the "Near Mint" cameras on Ebay from Japan. Maybe the word mint doesn't translate well.
The only issue I've ever had from KEH is the package being left at the end of my 100 ft driveway. But that's not KEH. That's those morons at FedEx.
I had a few questions about a lens and all my questions were answered in a very quick manner.
I was given such great customer service that I decided to purchase the $1000+ item without hesitation.

Got a whole bundle of stuff including a like NEW GoPro Hero 10. I'm pretty sure that it is actually new as the protective plastic was still on all the screens of the camera and the seals on the GoPro brand boxes were not broken. There is no repacking their stuff as far as i can tell. 10 out of 10. Very satisfied. Will order from KEH again.
I enjoy browsing the selection of gear at KEH. I ordered 2 excellent rated vintage lenses and they arrived quickly, were well packaged, and looked like new production instead of 50 years old! I highly recommend KEH for modern or vintage gear!
Camera was in the condition described when I got it, I found a charger and it seems like it should work good but I don't have film yet to actually test it. Overall though I am very happy with the price for quality, I would recommend considering buying from here.
