I have found some WONDERFUL advisors that have helped me sort out the convoluted MUCK in my situation!
I give KEEN a 97 percent. I have had some dropped calls; however I did NOT worry to much.

IF you really want a psychic- TRY this site and read the readers FEEDBACK carefully- there are some real ones out there but mostly there are alot of EGOs who think they are real- so just be careful.
I was waiting for 3 predictions from 3 different psychics with a 4.9 rating. The timeline was within one week and it never happened!

It's a hit or miss with Keen (more misses actually) an even when your advisor really connects with you, the timing is never right. I know that's the hardest thing to predict and little thing could change the outcome. I used to use Keen about 10 years ago and there was this adviser on there (darker skinned woman and a caribbean accent ( I don't even know if I'm saying this correctly, so sorry if I sound stupid don't mean to offend),
Out of probably 50 or more psychics I tried she was the only one that predicted the man I would marry (we're getting divorced now lol but that's not her fault). She described him to a t. His physical appearance, characeristics, the fact that he was European, that he was younger than me, even the food we would eat often together, yes you read it correctly FOOD! Her readings were completely different than any I had exprerienced before. At first I was very skeptical because her reading and description was just about the opposite of everyone else's so it was difficult to believe until out of the blue literally he shows up. God, I wish I knew her name or if she is still on keen. After I found out everything she said was true, I was dumbfounded. People who are familiar with readers know how difficult it is to find someone that good.
If anyone by chance knows who I am talking about through my awful description (like I said 10 years ago its hard to remember). I believe she had very short hair at the time perhaps (I would make the worst witness to a crime). If anyone has an inkling of who I'm talking about, can you please let me know. I will be so grateful. Who do you guys really love as readers?

I had the strangest interaction with Keen.com and I'm wondering if anyone else has went through this before. Since I am an experienced Tarot Card Reader and prefer to work from home, so I thought Keen would be an excellent way to do so. After I researched this site, signed up, created my first listing, then waited three days for approval of that listing. On the third day, I went into my account to check the status of my listing, when I was confronted by personal verification page, confirmed by Equifax. I complied and provided my essential information on that secured page. The next day, I got this message from them:
After further review of your Keen account we have decided to exercise our right under section 3B of our Member Agreement and cancel your account.

Basically, it's a standard fail-safe that allows Keen to terminate accounts without cause or explanation. That is fine by me, but I'm concerned that this happened AFTER I provided my driver's license, birth date, current/previous address, social security number to prove that I am who I say I am. Is Keen collecting information?
This practice is unsettling to me and I am in the process of resolution. As I am doing so, I have been receiving more 'bot' replies, where I can not reply to the message sent. Keen offers rather limited support - no contact number, live chat option, or email address, much less a physical one. Keen.com is powered by Ingenio, I will contact them next.
If you're considering registering anything at Keen.com, please be careful. Apparently, this doesn't happened to everyone, but it's something to be aware of.
THis advisor has NO IDEA. He is NOT psychic... He reads cards... he has MEMORIZED THE card booka dn can ONLY READ YOU THE CLASSIC MEANING TO THES CARDS. He has NO idea the answer to your questions. I work on Keen as an advisor and yes there can be advisors who suck and good one's who are honest as myself. The person who wrote they pay us late, is all lies, I've never had a problem with getting paid. THE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE WITH KEEN is they are more on the customer side than the advisor. The customers lie VERY often just to get a credit or if i tell a client NO he is not into you anymore, GOD FORBID I will get a low star, which has happened, making it difficult for most advisors to be honest with clients. I don't care if i get all low stars, if you ask me a question and thats what i see, then don't call! Its annoying and whats the point! If you are not ready for the truth, stay off KEEN. Keen sides with the client clllllll the time and makes them give us a low rating, just to get a credit. Which is NUTS! The 3 starts is for customer service but there are great readers on Keen who are honest, their not all bad, that would be impossible... And FYI give the freak'n prediction time to come out before acting like a animal, leaving bad feedback.

This site has become a total piece of $#*!. While once I was a big supporter of this site I no longer am. I was harrassed so viciously and repeatedly by the same ring of readers and their friends for years, and especially the past year it got worse. I even notified them about the restraining order against this woman and her husband who work on keen also, still they did NOTHING to protect me. All of the harrassment and mental and emotional abuse i went through caused severe PTSD, which I had already suffered from in the past but got much worse. I believed many people on KEEN ARE actually bashing certain readers who arent a part of their groups in order to drive down keens reputation further, so they can boost their own business on other websites online they have created. THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY. No ethics and they will wrongfully dismiss you for complaining and allow abuse and harrassment against their readers to transpire at a very high level. STAY AWAY. They also dont screen their readers and the fact some other sites may say they do - ive actually seen a photograph of people I know on those sites with a recording of a totally different readers voice! So some of those sites are just as bad!

I did not find out anything that I could not read on a website on my own. I knew more about astrology at the start of the call than he did.

Answer: The reasons the good ones leave is because they are not appreciated nor treated well. I spoke to 3 different psychics from 2 different sites, and oh boy the stories I heard. Not just about how they were treated but also the "rules" they had to abide by to basically screw over the customer. I just kept thinking, "How is this legal?" Well I guess that little note at the very bottom of the screen that says "for entertainment purposes only" is their way out for everything. Fyi, I happened to open a special offer today. It was from a company I never dealt with but it was $1 for 10 min so I figured sure why not. Normally I just delete them. The gentleman that did my reading BLEW my mind. First he asked me what I wanted to talk about and I paused because I didn't know how to start and he immediately jumped in and spit out three very particular (meaning not like 1. You took a show 2, etc... lol) things that I did or happened yesterday and today. He said it so fast I couldn't even speak. There are very few good and trust worthy readers that I know I can count on for sure but never did I experience someone like him. I would start saying a sentence and he would finish it. And trust me I'm not new to getting readings but this was something else. I'm curious about your guy, I'm going to try him out one day. Thanks. And btw, this is my first day using sitejabber so I'm not all too familiar. Is there a place where I could message you his info in private?
Answer: It's usually impossible to find a way to contact most of these sites (unless you're Jewels H). Not that contacting them will get results. Btw, has anyone used Meet Your Psychic? I thought (for some reason) they may be good and legit so I payed $30 for a 30 min reading as a first time caller and the reader I chatted with knew nothing. For example, I would ask "do you see me getting a new job anytime soon?" Response "if you keep on filling out those applications you should, try craigslist." Me: "Do you see me changing fields?" Reader: "I don't do fields." WHAT? So it lasted 5 min and in their policy they state that if you can't seem to connect, just hang up by 5 min. Can't find a number, sent two long emails about how unhappy and that I needed help... chirp chirp nothing. So I paid for the max time, had a ridiculous 5 min-I don't know what to call it and I'm screwed.
