The Kingston Brass double bowl kitchen sink I originally ordered had a delivery date that was several months in the future which was not going to work for my kitchen remodel. I called to cancel my order but the customer service rep showed me (I was online looking at the K+BA website) an almost identical sink by Bella Ultra which came with some cool accessories, was 16ga stainless, and was a bit less expensive. It arrived just fine and looks great in the box. My contractor isn't ready to install it yet!

We are building a new home and needed a vanity for a small bathroom that wouldn't break the bank and that is exactly what I got. The vanity is modern, stylish and built of wood, not particle board. It will look perfect when the bathroom is complete. It was delivered quickly, came packed very well and no damage
I originally ordered a different toilet but they were able to let me know it was backordered for a long time and helped me find a replacement with same specs that the client liked. This made us finish the project 5 weeks ahead. Which is all you ask from a vendor! To help out when needed to get your jobs completed
First I broke the vanity pedestal myself, so I ordered one, well when cam in it was all broken, so I reported that and a replacement was sent to me and arrived today. Even though the box destroyed the pedestal was in perfect. Thanks to you guys for making everything rite.
I had a pleasant ordering experience with Kitchen & Bath Authority and got a great price, but with delivery not so much. I live in a condo complex and FedEx not only delivered the kitchen sink to the incorrect unit on a second floor, but to the incorrect building. I had to carry the box down 16 stairs and across the complex to my unit.
After waiting 3 weeks for my order to arrive, it was the wrong connector and I needed to return it. That process is much harder than it needs to be. It's been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting to hear if I will get my money back (minus about 1/3 for fees and postage). All the employees I dealt with were very nice and courteous.
Delivering freight company was easy to work with when coordinating the timing for the drop-off. The package was in good shape. Later inspection of the delivered shower walls revealed the had arrived undamaged.
This cabinet is perfect! It is exactly how it was described - definitely measure your wall/space to ensure that it will work for you - but it is perfect for what I needed. It's very well-made and you can't beat it for the price! The item came perfectly packaged and it definitely took some time to put it together but the directions were perfectly thorough. Additionally, I saw this item on other sites, (including Amazon), for much more money and with delivery 2 months out. KBA delivered it within a week and the price could not be beat! I'd highly recommend KBA.
Bot 4 vanities from KB Authority. Unfortunately 3 of them were only 32" high (Standard height is 36"). When I informed KB Authority that the 3 vanities were useless and way too short, they agreed to take back 2 of them but I would be required to pay shipping back. Then they decided to keep 20% of my return as a restocking fee... outrageous! Especially since they only agreed to take back two out of three vanities. One note... vanities were still on their original pallets and in their original boxes. We are remodeling our entire home and this transaction is by far the WORST case of ripping someone off that we have ever experienced. P.S. The vanities were manufactured by James Martin... they should be ashamed of themselves for selling vanities well below normal height without making it very obvious. Just wanted to warn anyone considering ordering from KB Authority or James Martin.
I choose K&BA because they beat Amazon by a few bucks. But with the errors in tracking, poor site design, lack of information, and rude customer service, why would you bother ordering from them? I called in twice to check on the status of my order since the site, nor emails gave me up to date information, and I don't know if it is the company or New Yorkers, but all I got was just attitude. It is like I owe them for giving them money?! No thanks.
This company is a fraud! They send damaged packages and don't allow you to return them. Be prepared lose time and money doing business with them.
You can get the same items with reputable companies like Lowes or Home Depot.
Customer service was good, but it took 3 weeks to even get a tracking number. When I finally did UPS scheduled a delivery date and never showed up. I called UPS and they told me they forgot to put it on the truck.It came the next day by tractor trailer and was delivered to the end of my driveway. Frustrated!
I purchased a $4500 dollar Jason tub from KBA. Turns out your ordering from a middle man company. They subcontracted it out to another company in NC who then ordered it from Jason International. When I finally got my order it came without the $60.00 overflow cover I ordered and the Grab Handle I wanted. KBA refunded the Grab Handle but have not even acknowledged my request to refund my $60. If you want an expensive item like this buy it locally. Avoid the hassle of dealing with a middle man in another state that you cannot communicate with.
