Completely disgusted I ordered a wallet on the 14th with lots of time to receive on time for Xmas. Received half the order and had to call about the other half. No email notice, nothing from Kate spade that the other half of my order was not available and discontinued. All rep had to say was I was supposed to receive an email about the cancellation. Next time I'll shop elsewhere. I've been shopping coach and Dooney for 30 years and they have never let me down. I wasn't even offered the option to purchase a wallet for free two day shipping. Terrible. Never going back.

Loved every thing.

I love their hand bags. I availed their sale and ordered a bag online. To my surprise it came many days before the actual day. I simply loved my bag. It felt so good to have such a good bag in so much less price.

I bought a hand bag on December and I got stained with jeans! It is impossible to clean it and the answer from customer service is that is because of the material, can you believe it! The make bags with materials that you cannot clean!
And the guaranty does not cover it! 3 months and you have to thought it away!

I order 1 purse and a wallet on the site. They say the delivery was 2 weeks after. I was really looking forward to receive it. But then I checked on the site to see where my package was. It said they resend it to the origin because they did not have access to the building? This is a dental office and there is always access even after hours because there are other businesses. Not only that, they have my phone and my email address, they could have contact me anytime. I chat with someone and they say they cant resend it back. I am really disappointed. And by the way, we order so many things from everywhere, amazon, best buy, dental companies, ebay, and so on, We have never had a problem like this. Incredible. By the way, this was my mother's day gift. So no gift to me thanks to Kate Spade

Awesome handbags

My wife always asks me to buy her new handbags. I always ask her where does she put her old ones and why does she require so much handbags. I believe it's difficult for a man to understand why women are obsessed with handbags. Anyway, I recently decided to make her surprise and ordered new handbag from this online store. I remember her tastes in handbags and that's why It wasn't so difficult for me to choose her a good handbag. Indubitably, all the handbags which are presented here are awesome. The only one which I ordered was the best in comparison with others, because it's for my wife))

Every outlet visit I had nothing but good service. I work in customer service and even teach my workers good customer service. That's what I got every time. I even had the opportunity to work with the mainland office and my problem was solved quickly and efficient. Thank you for the good experience.

I bought a Kate Spade wristlet and within a year the wrist strap frayed so much that it broke. When I contacted customer service they said that as long as it was new within a year, they could replace it but it would take 2-3 MONTHS to receive it. 10 months later and I still never received anything. Their product guarantee is lies.

I had the worst 1st experience from you all. I received a defective lunch tote and was sent around the world just to get a replacement after being told It was out of stock. Then before asking to speak with a manager, I was offered 15% off for future purchases which is the same for email sign up. After begging to speak with a manager, I got Shannon who was great. She told me that her inventory said she had 7 left which was a different system that the guy before and that she would overnight me one and I would receive it today. Well last night, I received an email that my order was canceled. When I called Customer service, I was told after a 20 minute wait that it was out of stock. And there was nothing that could be done. This was the worst experience and now Im stuck with a lunch tote that is defective or none at all. Im highly upset at the way multiple customer service reps have treated me. Im a very unhappy customer! #ihateKateSpade

Worst experience
May 15, 2018

I made a HUGE mistake of ordering for the first time from the supposedly prestigious katespade.com. I unfortunately placed the same order twice which is likely to open sometimes. I called them right away requesting them to cancel one of the duplicate orders. Today was the 5th time I called customer care and every time they assure me that they will be canceling the order and that the request for cancellation didn't get through properly. How many times can a cancellation request go wrong? Unless Kate spade has employed $#*!ed customer care employees. I'm still waiting for one of the orders to be cancelled. If it doesn't happen Kate Spade will loose a customer forever and I will make sure I post this on facebook to let people know how fraudulent the company is.

They shipped my order and after a month of not receiving it and multiple calls to customer service I realise it was shipped to someone else. I assume this because they shipped me someone else's order (from Texas, meanwhile I live in Canada). I tell them about it and they tell me to ship it back for them. They insist that this rarely happens and that no one else has received my order, despite me receiving another person's order and the multiple online reviews. After about 6 calls and different unhelpful agents -one told me to figure it out with ups despite the tracking number being non-existent with ups- they finally reshipped my order. It took 5 weeks to get an order that was supposed to arrive after 5-7 business days. The bags were scratched and one of the items was out of stock. Not ordering from them again and will most probably never purchase anything from Kate Spade again due to the declining quality of their merchandise.

I purchased myself a wallet for my birthday which I assumed I was paying $90 AUD for. When my payment was processed I found out that that the price was in USD, meaning that I was charged an extra $50!
Not only that, but 2 payments of the same high cost were taken out of my account. This took my bank account into negative figures and I couldn't afford food and travel to work for 3 days! Kate Spade did NOT mention a double payment on their website. When I brought this up with customer service, they did not apologise and did not guarantee getting me my money back.
Please don't take the risk of buying with them, especially over seas and / or with PayPal!

Ordered something 3 weeks ago, Kate spade provided the wrong Tracking number with my mobile on it. Obviously our delivery service cant deliver it as it belongs to someone else and has different parcels in it. On the phone/Chat/email to Kate spade for 3 weeks, and was given another tracking number with my NAME and ADDRESS but someone elses mobile. There parcels inside are definately not mine. Have to now deliver it myself back to our delivery service who will need to ship it back to Kate spade.

My parcel? No where to be found. Terrible customer service, no one seems to have a clue. Asked for a refund and now just waiting for them to 'confirm'. Seems like im not the only one they have screwed over. NEVER NEVER NEVER again..

Maybe fraudulent!

The second time now, I ordered over $300 worth of products and each time, waiting for my order, it says delivered in 7-10 days. After 25 days, no communication and trying to track it it says it is getting ready to ship. When I final called they said the items are out of stock and they don't even know when they are going to back in stock & offer me a refundThe website didn't say out of stock and afterwards they didn't send me an email to tell me that! So they kept my money for 15 days and if I didn't call who knows how long they would have kept it! So I think it is illegal to take people money knowing that you don't have the product! That is the reason that I believe it is some kind of illegal activities going on. I will never order from them and I will not recommend it!
That is sad I like the product but KS website gives the product bad rap!

Ripped off to consumers

I was in today (Black Friday) All the items were 70% off plus additional 25% off. But somehow all the purses and wallets I've bought it just doesn't add up. It wasn't 95% off at all. One customer service was very rude to me think I was stupid! Cuz I asked her what was the discounted price was. Love the brands, but just one employee just ruined my day!

Got an email for an item going on sale on KateSpade.com immediately went to web site and did a search the item was not there. I called customer service and they said oh the web site is down, which it was not. I called back and got another customer service person who said that is a popular item it is gone. Within 1 minute? Shame on you.
