Last straw.
Last Tuesday I ordered a jacket from them, Thursday I got an email saying it was shipped. It hasnt been shipped. Every time I check the tracking order, UPS tells me that it hasnt even gotten my package at ANY of their facilities. Only the shipping label has been printed. Now. I have ordered from Karmaloop three times before without any problems, so I figured I would give the tracking number a few days to update. Well. Nothing has updated, when I called UPS to see if there was a glitch in their system, they informed me that they have no record of my package anywhere in their system. Super. So I contacted the karmaloop questions email, the karmaloop shipping questions email, called customer service, even reached out to their instagram page, emailed the person THEIR instagram told me to email, and then emailed AND called the CEO Greg. I'm doing the most to contact someone and get some information on my order. But sadly NO ONE is helping me. If I get one more "Hey Jocelyn, contact me at [some email i wont actually *******@karmaloop.com] and I'll see whats up with your order" I will scream. The girl I talked to on their customer service line actually laughed at me. I am beyond disgusted with Karmaloop and their customer service line. All I want is what I ordered or a refund, and sadly it looks like I wont be getting either. Thanks a bunches Karmaloop. You've definitely made me want to warn everyone about your sketchy website.
YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK UNLESS YOU GO TO YOUR BANK AND SUBMIT A CLAIM... IF THEY HAVE A CERTAIN NUMBER OF CLAIMS THEY CAN GET THIS COMPANY TO BE A FLAG... Used to like this site, but the sizing is trash. I'm usually a 32-34 around the waist, i ordered one large woven pair of black jeans, and a 36 Waist Lrg core pair, none of them fit, super slender like they were for children, probably 30 inches at the waist.
Customer support wasn't supportive much, and just straight up told me that "we can't tell you, what will and won't fit".
I spent 100's of dollars on this site, and planned to spend much more, but the sizing, policies, and overall service is bad. Return shipping at most is 50% off and no guarantee that the replacement will fit, so i decided to return it, lost quite a bit of money, and i have no plan on ordering every again. You'll never find an accurate size for clothes, and many times you will end up getting small or large clothes that aren't in the standard measuring sizes. A large may be a small. It's not their fault, but i'd expect some kind of warning or a way too find an accurate size. Even "Size Me Up" didn't really help.
Sorry but after spending a lot of money on holidays for these products, i've given up, the least i could've got back was the shipping cost for being a loyal customer. Done with Karmaloop officially.
HORRIBLE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!
I bought a bunch of stuff for their holiday sale and when it finally arrived half the stuff was so cheap and crappy I tried to return it. One agent told me I was getting a refund and then they sent store credit instead. Kept complaining, kept getting shuffled around between agents who conveniently wouldn't acknowledge the refund I was promised.
On top of that YOU have to provide shipping for your refunds and there's a ridiculous amount of red tape to get the proper labels and the returns processed.
I been dooped by this $#*!show of a company. And I'm warning you. They are a bunch of slimy scammers peddling cheap $#*!.

If your a Canadian or any International buy, Don't buy from Karmaloop. They charge you for COD. I bought something for $40 and was charged $22 on duties + COD charge. Thats over 50%. When I saw the pick up slip, I immediately called Karmaloop and asked what was this about. The REP told me to go and pick up the item from the post office and would reimburse me $10. I went to pick up the package and paid the $22. I emailed her back providing her all the receipts and I get a email reply saying the following:
"Thanks for checking in! Customs/duties fees are applied to all international orders. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for these charges. These charges are determined by your local customs office. I look forward to your reply. Thanks!"
I called them the 2nd time very upset demanding why the REP had promised something on the phone but in the end was a lie. If she had told me that in the beginning, I would not have gone to the post office to paid for it. Let them send it back to Karmaloop. I would have had my own choice to decide to accept the full $22 fee or not. I was clearly mislead and had *trusted* this REP on the phone. The 2nd time I called back, they said the REP had never mentioned reimbursing me for anything. Trust me, you don't want to buy from people who you can't trust. Save your money and go buy somewhere else.
PS: Later they sent me a funny survey email asking me to fill it out and would give me a $5 coupon code the next time I shop at Karmaloop.
My response: No thanks. No wonder your company is called "Karma". I hope it "loops" back at you.
Ok so my son really wanted a shirt and bracelet from Karmaloop so I went online and placed an order after hearing that all of his friends were also ordering from Karmaloop. A few days later I receive an email stating that the order had shipped. We where both happy and excited to receive it. When it finally arrived, it was only the bracelet and no shirt. So I called and tried to chat with their CS but no luck. Finally about 1 week later I got a response from their CS stating that due to computer issues, the wearhouse was having shipping emails. I also received what looked like a cookie cutter email allegedly from the owner of Karmaloop stating that they had been having shipping issues and asking that we please be patient. So now another week has gone by and I get another message in response to more messages to them. Now they say that due to the winter storm on the east coast, they are still having issues. Still I get no estimate on when they will ship. I ended up opening a claim with Paypal but Karmaloop has taking their dang time responding. I ended up giving up and filing a claim with my bank in order to get my money back. Lesson learned, NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM KARMALOOP! Sorry for yelling ;)
Okay so I ordered one expensive sweater for here because I decided to treat myself. After bragging to my friends, they were quick to tell me they have heard many horror stories about Karmaloop so I logged online to read reviews like you are doing this now. To my shock, I read reply after reply of terrible stories of how people were more or less scammed and didn't get their product. Suddenly, my stomach got sick and I thought that I threw my money in the drain but i remained hopeful.
After 5 days (i got normal 4-7 day shipping), my sweater was delivered. For starters, I dorm at Cal Poly Pomona in the LA area of California, so my address is pretty weird already. The sweater got here in good condition, right size and everything and I am so happy with it.
However, i am not sure if they sent it or an Undftd retailer sent it because for some brands they do send from the retailer, and the return policy for my sweater says specifically to send it to Undftd and not them, so maybe I just lucked out.
Anyway, I just wanted to share since people make it seem like its the worse site in the world.

I placed an order for Emerica shoes on February 3rd. Two weeks after waiting for some sort of shipment confirmation I emailed the company and was told that it would ship within the week. At the end of the third week of waiting, I get an email from 'karmaloop' customer service stating that my order was cancelled because they would not be receiving the product from the company. I was then given the option to choose a refund or a store credit. Of course I wanted my money back so I chose the refund and was told it would take up to 48 hours to process. It has now been 10 days since and I still have not gotten my refund. Tried emailing them too but to no avail. So in total about a month of bull $#*!. I'll most likely have to take the case to the bank at this point since it doesn't seem like the want to refund my money.
In any case I would suggest staying away from this site. The chances of you not getting your product is very high. And the chances of you being robbed of your money is also very high.
This is one of the WORST, if not THE worst, online shopping experience I have ever had. I'm only giving them one star because I don't think 0 stars was an option.
Shipping? Took over a month. Once it did ship, I was dinged for $110 in duties and taxes on a $149 package coming from the US. I just ordered a pair of Zanerobes off of Zanerobe's website for $80, and they came from Australia 2-3 days later, with a pre-paid $24 in taxes and duties that I was fine with paying.
Service? Practically non-existent. I had to e-mail several times before I received a response, and when I did, it was a stock response from an "employee".
Quality/Value? My Zanerobes came and immediately I knew something was up. They were thin, low quality and not what I am used to with Zanerobe products. Looking into this myself, as I feel as though I was given a low-quality, imposter Zanerobe product.
In conclusion, it's simple - DO NOT order from this company unless you want to pay hidden fees for subpar products.
I've heard Karmaloop hasn't paid their vendors since last year, so they stopped shipping until the get paid. Go figure.
Bought a hat in January 2015, it's now February and I still haven't reseived it, so much for 7-9 days shipping, worste site, I recommend to not buy off this bull$#*! site.
I recently made a purchase at Karmaloop around the 13of Jan I never received a order number or a tracking number from them, I emailed them asking if they could help me with my order as I had received no information about it and explained that I did not receive a order number. I got a reply days later asking for my order number...? I replied the same thing that I didn't receive one and gave them all the information I could even copied and pasted what its says on my bank statement and got a response asking for my order number...? I have had that same reply from 7 different after I explain that I cant provide the order number because they never gave it to me I still get the exact same reply even when I beg them to help me... BEG THEM I have never begged in my life but need some one to help me they just reply asking for my order number in one sentence and that's it. This Customer Service is Disgusting! I am so offended by how they treat you, I just want someone to help me from that site so I didn't just waste $160 and a bunch of my time stressed out
Ordered from karmaloop and never recieved my package! TRIED to contact them with no response untill I was forced to speak to the through Twitter. YES guys you can only get in contact with there $#*!ty customer service over TWITTER! Even then it's a hassle to get an response. I tweeted the owner seko who pretended to acted Concerd and was told to message dm him. I did only to never get a response. Overall do NOT ORDER FROM KARMALOOP! U WILL NOT GET YOUR ORDER
HORRIBLE! MY FIRST EXPERIENCE ORDERING FROM THIS WEBSITE. ORDERED 8 DAYS AGO, ON THE WEBSITE IT SAYS ALLOW 48HOURS TO SHIP. MY ORDER STILL HASN'T FULLY BEEN PROCESSED. I HAVE NO PATIENCE FOR THIS.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE. I created an account with them because I have heard nothing but good things about the site. However the one and only thing I tried to order was never even sent. I ordered a shirt on Aug. 28th and it was said to have been shipped on Sept. 2 but I never received it. On Sept. 11 I followed up with customer service asking about it and they responded saying they'd have an update within 48 hours and I would be contacted, which of course I never was. So I followed up again on the 16th and they claimed that they restocked the shirt on Sept. 11 and would be sending my order at the end of the week, which would have been fine if they actually sent it. Now it's September 26th and I still haven't received my shirt and am in the process of waiting for a refund and judging by their service I probably won't get any of that money back. It's funny how they can flood my inbox with a bunch of bull$#*! emails promoting themselves everyday but couldn't send my order. To all online shoppers please be aware that this website is not as great as people may make it out to be and from my experience they're full of $#*!.
WOW! I have never in my life been more provoked to seek a consumer review site online. I will never purchase anything from Karmaloop ever again. I browse the site all the time and subscribe to all their deals, etc. but never decided to purchase anything until recently. It was a drop ship item (necklace) which I understand does take a while to ship from the manufacturer but this whole purchase is a joke. Karmaloop has a great site but would highly recommend setting new standards for the operations side of things.
Customer Service Feedback:
I have called/e-mailed in numerous times and received different drop ship information from each CSR. When requesting an order status the individuals who I spoke with seemed to care less about my situation. I was given one word answers, not genuine, inconsistent information or lack of. The e-mails I sent didn't even address my main concern. I received the same drop ship canned response of, "It looks like your necklace is being drop shipped which means that it is being hand cut for the order and is being shipped from the brand." I received this response multiple times and they never even addressed my question. On my last reply asking for my tracking and acknowledging this order is being, "hand cut" I never even received a response. Not to mention it takes about 48 hrs. Turnaround time for an e-mail to be answered and you get this quality of a response. Come on.
Delivery Feedback:
Well, they were right, I did get my confirmation email on the 10th day that my necklace is going to be shipped and from there it is an estimated 3-7 business days for delivery. So, that was at about 9am on 9/30. It has been over 24 hours and the package hasn't moved. Are you surprised? I'm not. There is absolutely zero visibility into these orders that are drop shipped and it is such a joke.
At this point, who knows when this necklace is going to show up. It will most likely be out of style by the time it gets here.
Ordering advice: If you order something from this place, be sure you don't need it within a month.
Anyone who's have a problem with your order with Karmaloop contact Better Business Bureau they will help you get your items that you ordered, I will never order anything from them again.
What a joke of a company. I ordered on TWO occasions, both of which failed to ship my product. My fault for ordering the second time, I should have never ordered from them again. I ordered a t-shirt & pants needed for an event, I received the pants and thought my shirt would come a couple days later. A week passed and still no shirt and the order history didn't say it was shipped yet. I sent an email and got a response letting me know I was getting refunded the order in 2-7 days because the item was out of stock. Umm, I was pretty pissed off because no one cared to email me and let me know this? It would be nice to know so I can order another shirt, or maybe the same shirt in another color or size if necessary. I let them know they didn't ask me any of these questions providing me ANY customer service so that I wouldn't have to RE-ORDER, pay shipping!, lose my promo code that was only happening that day oh and wait another week for the shirt! Instead they failed to do this. But whatever, I let it go because she said she could get me the promo code again. So, off I went to re-order the same dang shirt in another color THROUGH a chat rep because i was about to get charged shipping again, but since I got my pants why would i pay shipping again?! Thankfully, the rep gave me another code to take the shipping off I used paypal and it took the money out of my account right away. Low and behold, I get an email two hours later saying the shirt is out of stock. Lmao, you're kidding me right. Better yet, the account history said I am only getting refunded half of what I paid. Excuse me? So I chat with a rep and she said she will have to look into it because she doesn't know why that happened. This was six days ago. No response. I have emailed three-four times again and I can't get anyone on live chat either. So now I am filing a claim with paypal. DO NOT order from this website, they will take your money and you can't even call them! There is no one to answer. Lol pathetic.
Answer: They do not refund. They will give you store credit which isn't as cut and dry as it sounds... it can only be applied to certain items which are few and far between and you have to pay shipping too.
Answer: I still can't figure out what kind of shape they are in. They have yet to make good on over $100 in returns since xmas! They promise store credit codes that don't work or that disappear when you go to use them. I spent so much time and energy trying to get resolve and just took up with them AGAIN on Twitter since that is apparently their only monitored customer service option. I don't know how they possibly could have come back after putting the screw to so many. They prob owe so much out they won't turn a profit anytime soon. If anyone has any solid info on their status I would really appreciate it as well. Meanwhile I'll keep looking for more info.
Answer: It's all one company. The whole company is in bankruptcy proceedings. Google "Karmaloop bankruptcy" and you'll see. I'd steer clear of KL if you like your money, and if you've been waiting for any items you've ordered, good luck.
