I chose an arrangement that Justflowers.com said they could deliver that same day. I chose a $45 dollar arrangement. After I placed my order, I received a phone call that I would have to pay an additional $15 if I wanted same day delivery. I did not want to cancel the order because they were for a friend in the hospital. However, I feel the company misrepresented themselves. From now on I will go into a florist personally to place an order.

This order was placed for a friend who was mourning the first anniversary of his wife's death. His comments were very complimentary; he described the yellow rose as "exquisite" and "perfect"! I never saw it myself, but judging by his enthusiasm, I will not hesitate to order from you again, or recommend you to friends!
It also was important that it was delivered on the precise day; for that I am forever grateful!

My brother and his wife waited impatiently for the flowers to arrive before 1:00 pm, but that did not happen. They didn't show up until well after 2:00 pm. We are very unhappy about this!
Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
